    what is the meaning each experiment with multiple runs? why ? and what different among runs ?

      It does not represent anything, it is just a character which can occasionally be followed by the metadata line.

    Would you therefore recommend dante labs over nebula genetics? Dante provides fastq data.. I believe both say 99,9% accuracy with 30x testing which would mean 90 000 000 mistakes?
