- One of the main keys to success with the Mousse Bibs is running two rimlocks on the rear tire. In this video, James demonstrates how to install the second rimlock properly, put the Mousse Bib and tire on while navigating both of the rimlocks, and a couple more tips and tricks for premo traction! We know installing a bib with two rimlocks is not an easy task - hope this helps!!

Supposed to add a bit of oil and going slow when drilling. Because what is being drilled doesn't matter too much as it's thinner and soft you can get away with it but on super hard materials.. going slow and adding pressure while oiling prevents it overheating and snapping the drill.
You used and toughy us all the tricks in the book! Thanks! ❤
If you don’t have an old valve stem, I’ve used steel stick to pack that hole and by George, it works damn well. Just a little bit and a backing of a piece of gaff/guerrilla to hold it in place while it sets. I love this channel and these dudes are real fuggin men. Thanks for all the info as always guys. You rock.
Great tip!
Love the Sherco nail color, that's commitment !
got my drill from you this week - drilled mousse is awesome
Qual a diferença se não furar ?
Thanks for the information on 18:00 to get the tire over the rim lock!
Helps mega!!!
That "Fire power" is just a normal tubeless rim valve stem. They works on car and bike wheels.
Awesome video, cleared up alot of questions i had about moose's, thanks.
You should get some Motion Pro Bead Buddies. Nice video. Thanks for making it.
how about 3 rimlocks each 120 degrees apart? I saw a couple of gold riders using this setup on Xross this yr…I wonder if thats really useful🤷♂️
Excellent vid clear concise
Glad it was helpful!
love your content..from Israel with respect.
Thank you, much appreciated!
A lot of dad jokes right there! 😅 👍
Great video clarity!
Glad you enjoyed it
been doing 2 rim locks for years with tubes. Helps balance the wheels too as well as extra security in case of flats. A little more trouble changing tires but don't do that too often. Do you release the air once the bead is seated?
Good call! No we don't usually release the air - it leaks out typically within a day. Might be a good idea to release it if you're going to go ride it right away though!
Excellent video...! Cheers
Thanks Carlos!!
Does the air come out on its own or do you pull the valve stem or push to drain?
I’m about to install and use my first set of mouse’s. My question is, with the TuBliss system, we use Armoral to lube the tire. It always dries and sets up fine. I’ve never had a tire rotate. That being said, can that be used as well as the window cleaner, or should one use nothing but the window cleaner?
Logan bolopue runs 3 rim locks on his Sherco.
We have never had an issue with 2 rim locks.
Very nice 👌🏽... thanks for sharing
Appreciate it! Thanks for watching
@@InsideEnduro Hi guys love the videos awesome and very detailed. Just Wondering what altitude you guys ride at and what your jetting set up is thanks
Just followed this guide and it has been hooking up on the 22’ TE300! Do you go through the xtrem quickly and lube both same time? What im trying to say is, if front tire is in good condition, do you still lube at a certain interval? Would really appreciate your input awesome and hilarious video!!
Glad you enjoyed it! We only lube mousse bibs when changing a tire. No need to pull a bib out just to lube it.
@@InsideEnduroyupp thats what i was hoping hhaha thanks 👍
Is the mousse paste same with silicone or rubber grease? If so i'll gonna try using rubber grease as replacement if possible
We do not use silicone because of the mess that will be created.
How are you getting an air tight seal at the rim lock holes?
Drilling with your left hand, didn't know that was possibl
James is ambidextrous!
Awesome video, thanks fellas. Quick question, when you run the gorilla tape around the rim, are you cutting out a section where the air valve comes through? Or are you blowing the air under the gorilla tape? Thank you!
We cut the hole out :)
Great job tks
Thank you!
What has your thoughts been on that tire? I just ran one and was surprised by it for a DOT tire on single track rocky root covered climbs. Not sure if i just got lucky for 350 miles on it or if it was just a good tire...
It’s definitely one of our go to tires here in Montana.
Two only for the rear? Not the front? Right?
Yes just on the rear
Sweet!
Very nice
Thanks
Hmm... good idea.
Thanks! With the two rimlocks, there's no way that tire is breaking off the rim. Let us know if you try it!
Those firepower gromets look like water tap washers.
Oil that drill bit. It'll cut faster - even with aluminum.
You left the air in the tire?
Full Bibs.
Sexy matters. Have a 2012 Factory 300SE on the way to add to the quiver!
Heck yeah!
@@InsideEnduro That's 2021! ... don't think the 2012 version was counterbalanced!
What is your rim width?
So many sexual innuendos hahaha, great video
That's just "the tip" of the iceberg, check out some of our other ones!! Thanks for watching!
2 rim locks on the front tire as well?
No just one
Fark ya ✌🏾
Yeah buddy! ✌️
@@InsideEnduro 🤙🏽
About time to give away a 2021 300 SE Factory don’t you think boys?
Whoa whoa whoa 🤫
@@InsideEnduro just a suggestion lol! I like my ktm but I need a French Tickler in the garage too!!!
Muy malo para cambiar mousses, le falta sabiduria¡¡
Whoever disliked this video sits when they pee
We do sometimes 🤔
Bro, where are you located? I’m not able to do some things mechanically and if you are even close, I’d come to you! You are so bloody hilarious--throw the inner tube in your local stream and everyone will think it’s a “seal” or I don’t know how you measure your nipples! I love this video your presentation rocks!!
We are in Bozeman Montana. Thanks for the support
“Mousse Drill is available on our website..” FAKE NEW! They have been out of stock for awhile, was warned a few videos ago that they are flying off the shelves, thats on me for procrastinating
We are working hard to restock - thank you for your patience! They sold out quick!
Im on the Email list for restocking, after watching your demo i almost cried when i drilled my bib out with a 1.25” paddle bit the other day (it was Fugly)

Totally situational lol !!! 🤟 is also acceptable when you've got a real wild one.
You DONT have a "CLEAN" HOLE! I never saw you "DEBURR" it. Let the chips fall where they may I guess. One small sliver....
MOUSSE DONT CARE ABOUT A SLIVER
Good video, terrible old dad jokes,
Thanks
looks like a HUGE pain in the ass.
Worth it!
