You sweat when you watch what? 😆
thank u sooooooo muchhhh
That’s looks fun.
You T shirt advertises your stupidity.
Do you drill the front as well?
I enjoyed it. Thank you.
I'm watching from South Korea. Please upload videos often. Thank you.
Hi! Are there any topics you would like us to make a video on?
Pro-tip: if you’re gonna bounce the wheel to seat the bead, don’t bounce the brake disk into your knee like I did. Hurts like a MF! 😂
what kind of lube are you using on the bit? and are you re-lubing before every drilling action? i bought your 1.25 bit . i have not found that it drills as easily as you show on your video. i've been using nitro mousse and tusk recon 505"S

Came for the guards... sub'd for the shirt. LGB!
thanks for the vid, isnt it better to first push the rim lock on its own out first, than the other two just fall our, rather then try to get two out at first??
Just bought a 2024 SE 300 factory. The clutch isn't great. (other bike is a KTM) what upgrade do you recommend.
Hi! This is Rosemary with Inside Enduro. I asked James about what clutch he would recommend (sorry it took so long...he just got back from Europe) and he recommended the Sherco Factory Diaphragm Clutch. Because there are a few different versions, I didn't list part numbers. I would either recommend contacting your preferred Sherco dealership and have them order the correct parts, or contact Sherco/Factory 1 directly.
@@InsideEnduro awesome, thanks for the reply.
You dill them balls!
How many balls you putting in the rear? I tried 18 but ended up with flat spots/holes when the balls settled. Going to drill them now.
Basically fill the tire (all balls touching) until the last open space is usually smaller than 1 Mousse Ball (for hard Enduro we don't squeeze another one in that space). If riding faster sections you can squeeze one in to firm up the tire. When you change tires you will generally see that the balls have reduced in size and you can add balls to maintain the same softness (they always seem to give you plenty of balls to add). There really isn't a set number of balls to use due to different sizes of tires and most tires have different casing sizes - even though the size may read to be the same, the casings vary by as much as 30% in volume. Don't forget to use two Rim Locks on each tire.
Tried bib when I started hard enduro in 16 cuz the euro pros where using it and made sense for flats. Quickly started drilling cutting, etc to get the feel right. After spending way too much time and money, and making messes in my shop, I graduated to tubliss in the rear, and back to tube in the front. Haven't looked back. Easy patches, last forever, best feel, blah blah, and guess what, you can adjust the pressure without a drill,,, what a concept. The only time I would use a bib is maybe a race when I didn't care how much money I was wasting and I needed ultimate flat proofness.
can i have a 1smart carb?
Bro can I come work for u or u just teach me an let me chill and ride?😢❤
Why is front tire setup so rarely discussed? Compliance in the front is super important in enduro.
This video is an instructional about how to drill the rear mousse. But you are correct, the front tire is VERY important. You do not drill the front mousse...it's function is very different to that of the rear tire. The rear tire's job is traction, which is why you need to adjust the PSI to meet your needs. We really like the Michelin mousses due to their consistent size and how they fit in the Michelin Enduro tires. Yes, the Michelin Enduro Xtrem rear tire is still the best out there (if you can find one), and the Michelin Enduro Medium Terrain Tire is the best front tire that we've tried (so far). If you have any questions, please post them here, or email admin@insideenduro.com.

How about the Smartcarb vs the Keihin Stic?
You used and toughy us all the tricks in the book! Thanks! ❤
That "Fire power" is just a normal tubeless rim valve stem. They works on car and bike wheels.
Thank you for all the details - - huge help. What are the tire irons you are using? Well done . . . thanks again

this is a genius trick
Los Angeles California love Sherco the ktm killer Viva la French latinos love you sherco
Does the air come out on its own or do you pull the valve stem or push to drain?
You should get some Motion Pro Bead Buddies. Nice video. Thanks for making it.

Comprei o mousse e estava querendo trocar pela câmera de ar. Pq não estava conseguindo pilotar em terreno escorregadio, o pneu não estava tracionando. A melhor opção então seria furar o mousse?
Yes, drilling the rear Mousse will reduce the effective PSI which will increase your traction. We do ship internationally. You can buy Mousse Drills at: insideenduro.com/products/1-25-mousse-drill
@@InsideEnduro perfurando todo o mousse traseiro, ele reduz para quantos psi aproximadamente? Sabe informar ?
@@InsideEnduro e estou com dificuldade para comprar no site. Tenho interesse
@@felipedossantosdeandradesa9926 Hello Felipe! I am sorry about that error. I have fixed the problem and they are available online again.
@@InsideEnduro você poderia me ensinar qual a manutenção do mousse ?
You may not think of this but with better fuel economy you can run less fuel to save weight.
Absolutely. The SC2 gives about the same range increase as the typical IMS oversized tank does, only without the added weight, higher center of gravity, and fuel cost savings. Another way to look at it is to do what Cody Webb did at round 1 of the 2024 US Hard Enduro Series at King of the Motos in January. The fuel economy gains the SmartCarb gave him allowed him to skip the final fuel stop headed into the last lap, giving him the advantage of breaking away from fuel injected KTM/Husqvarna racers Trystan Hart and Ryder LeBlond to take the win.
A lot of dad jokes right there! 😅 👍
Thanks for making the video.
Wish someone would fine tune each carb and dyno them for these videos. And Cody Webb doesn’t want more power, he even says he wants smooth torquey low to mid power and that’s why he runs the SC2.
We've already done that: smartcarb.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/AVG-SC2-VS-Keihin-New-Rod-Design.jpg 7 test averages performed same-day. Keihin tune confirmed for ambient conditions by Webb's former mechanic Cody Richelderfer. Smooth, torquey, AND more low to mid power doesn't come at the expense of any less on top. There are no downsides. That the SmartCarb outperforms the Keihin, dialed, on the top end wasn't in question. Our land speed records, youth MX champion racers, snowbikers (BRC endorsed), and more attest to that. Our latest tuning developments in metering rod fuel profiles based on Cody's feedback focused in on that low to mid range and the D-F series metering rods that came out of that process are what Cody and other top hard enduro racers compete with today including the other 3 top finishers at last Sunday's Moab Hard Enduro - not to mention Alfredo Gomez with Rieju.
Bro sponsor me a free Sherco250 2T and I’ll S yer D. Thanks bro
I’m super impressed with how you mounted that rim. New viewers would say that was edited.
I love bibs when I’m riding. And I absolutely hate them when I’m changing the tire
Those firepower gromets look like water tap washers.
You guys need to get back… ! You’re videos never get old.. keeping the sport alive
I’m about to install and use my first set of mouse’s. My question is, with the TuBliss system, we use Armoral to lube the tire. It always dries and sets up fine. I’ve never had a tire rotate. That being said, can that be used as well as the window cleaner, or should one use nothing but the window cleaner?
What was the weight difference between those two carbs with all hoses attached??
The SC2 is about 50% heavier, but it more than pulls its own weight 😉
Good times in the snow. Flippin awesome in the snow on a single track.
Expecially?
