hey Stan, cool video! it would be cool to see what little factory tricks do billy or manny have on the bike. like the handlebar setup, wire harness setup, the safety wire in special places, hose protecting coolant hose etc. all those little tweaks that make the bikes unique. thanks!
I’m Guessing when there running a soft extreme mouse and super soft extreme tire on rocks and riding extreme stuff the tire pops off. I’ve had it happen with 2 an extreme mouse and medium tire before.
brilliant stan your blogs are so cool loved the last one at cymthig hill with you and the whole family i didn,t realise you had so many kids stan and on top of that you got to try that bolt bloke happy too. i used to race at cymthig on the wednesday evening motocross they have there.
Thanks Stan great tips. I just started using 2 locks on my Enduro medium. I ended up using a old valve stem that I leave in to put my tire on to the need. Learning new shit, Thanks
PRO TIP: At some point in the process I will take the heaviest of my irons and smash whatever is nearby. The tire eventually goes on. *Your results may vary.
Great tips stan thanks, I know the mousse system is the most popular for hard enduro but do you ever try other systems in your tyres and do you ever have to alter the tread on tyres ?
Brilliant Lee, keep blogging,, will press subscribe button! Dawn to Dusk is coming" would any of the lads have a go for fun? Maybe you and Ed could team up? 😂 Regards Steve
YES! Keep em coming! Why do the pros use so many rim locks? Does it really come down to tire still slipping on the rim even with a couple of them? Or is there another reason why? 🔥
They’ll be using much softer mousses (drilled etc too) than most. I run three run locks, but that’s because I’m a fat imbecile running a 120 mousse in a 140 Mich medium tyre (nice and squidgy and grippy)
8:45 WTF. FFS. MF'er! years Stan... years I've been arguing with setting the bead! Not your average tire change video right here. We'll miss you guys in Canada this year, hopefully Outliers and Bill are good to go for 2025!
We need a general maintenance video! It would be great to see what a factory mechanic does after every ride and what to look out for
Killer video, keep the shop tips coming!

Keep up the vids 👍

Awesome love shop tech videos…..what’s next
Grazie Stan
Amazing, keep it up 💪
Awesome man thanks
good job bud
5+ rim locks! Is that more to keep the bead set when using a small/soft mousse, or is it to stop the tire spinning on the rim?
More to keep the tyre on the bead
Good thumbnail and channel's name 😂😂😂
Great vid Lee, one question to lube the moouse do you just lube inside the tire before you mount it?
Moreee 😍😍
Great tips stan thanks, I know the mousse system is the most popular for hard enduro but do you ever try other systems in your tyres and do you ever have to alter the tread on tyres ?

For extreme we have to run the mousse very soft so we use a few rim locks to stop it spinning and also to keep the tyre on the bead
Stan… do you only need more than one rim lock if your running under sized or heavily drilled mousses?
Yes mate exactly that
Good vid ❤ I wanna see 9 rim locks the moose must be small
We can call it the 999 emergency 🚨 grip required
Was that just airgun mate off a compressor. As I see you don't use dummy valves as well I just tape my hopes with black nasty 😅
Stan i ride a tc250 22 the subframe is lower then ktm how do i feel like am sat on top of the bike rather then into it. Taller seat higer footpegs???
What size mousse you guys runnin in them 140’s Lee?
120 mate
can we have a rear wheel bearing change please
Probably a lot easier to do if you don't have some doofus sticking his finger in your ear. Thanks for the video!
Very true!
what is this machine, what is it called and where can I buy it ? please
It’s called a rabaconda you can get one from enduro tyres

Where's the ONLY STANS merch at!?!
what is the purpose of multiple rimlocks?
To keep tyre on the bead and to stop spinning
Are you not Billy’s Machanic anymore
Yes I am mate just he’s injured at the moment so had some extra time on my hands
Do a video of a tyre change for us poor people who don’t have a rabaconda. Go full bush mechanic.
