I can clarify some information here from an Immigration Officer's perspective.
1) So you said that they stopped him for half an hour and asked him for definitions from google and "yeh zyadti hai". Pehli baat yeh ke yeh bilkul zyadti nahi hai. They expect you to have the knowledge of the subject you are going to study and that is within the basic requirements.
2) Secondly, don't say that Immigration officer ko pata nahi ho ga. Bhai ap ko idea bhi nahi hai ke un ko kia kia pata hota hai so misleading information na dain.
3) Immigration officers will ask for CAS letter and sometimes an offer letter from the university. Some times universities also email an offer letter too and that's what the officers can ask.
4) Immigration officers will only start asking further questions agar un ko doubt ho jayay ap ke kisi answer ki waja se. Not just your answer that matters, also how you behave and act in front of officer. Normally over confident and over smart honay ke chakkar mai log phans jatay hain.
I arrived in Uk on 14 August. The immigration officer was very polite.He asked me 7/8 questions which i answered confidently.Than he let me go and wished me good luck😄..

Happened with me once in 10 immigration in UK that too on psw visa. It is happening due to pakistani passport not anything to do with luck trust me. Even visa officer who is racist asks about your job and specifications. Tough times for pakistanis abroad not just in UK but also in USA

It’s strange how this youtuber creates panic. If you speak proper english and understand what the immigration officer is saying then they don’t stop you. If you come to another country and can’t speak basic english then obviously the immigration officer will doubt you. It’s not got anything to do with UK in general, it’s how you presented yourself.

This is a completely wrong perception. Air India flight lands on Terminal 2 and there are many students who get refused because of using false documents and having no knowledge of subject they are going to study and based on their very limited English speaking capability.
My niece Came last week terminal 4 Bangladesh airlines, she has been asked lot’s questions physics / chemistry and math , you can’t believe it now a days you have to prepare interview very well with confident
@@nazmulhaque5958 So immigration officers do ask a lot of questions sometimes and that is normal procedure. There are students who only know how to draw a painting in computer and have come here to study BSc Computer Science with absolutely no English speaking or understanding at all. So how is that student going to study? Secondly if a student has taken admission in lets say Management Studies but has not studied the subject before, they will ask a lot more questions to check if it is a genuine student or not.

I got admission and paid initial deposit 5000 Hertfordshire program msc artificial intelligence and robotics.
Fee is 17850, is it wise choice, would I able to pay rest of the fee which is around 12000.

Worst case scenario, depending on so many factors, a student can be refused but will get the right of appeal called Administrative Review within 7 or 14 days and will be bailed for few days. During the appeal process, Home Office will keep the passport and student will only get the passport back if he/she wins the appeal or looses the appeal.
