This is common practice to come on tourist visa then over staying for life. If someone get caught and deported after 10 years he saved enough money to go back home country and start business. This is the strategy.
I have been 2:30 hours queuing at immigration at LHR T2 and T3. If you are British or those people who come from privileged countries, that would be a lot faster or no queue at all. We understand that the long queue at immigration might be the strategy to limit traveller from other countries. What the first impression!! 😩
