Initially I've made this for myself to listen to before going to bed, but decided to share it in case that someone else finds it enjoyable :) In my mind, what Rupert is saying here is the essence of spiritual practice and I love this talk.

thank you soooo much for putting this together. i've been listening to and loving rupert for about 3yrs running - daily. i've always wished someone would put his best stuff to appropriate background music. dunno if you know sameneri jayasara but she does this sort of video for several major traditions including 'non-duality' but no rupert. check her channel out to see what i mean. SOOOOO, please make more soon.

Hi, there is a free software you can download called "Any audio converter". You can convert both audio and video files to any format you need. It has different options you can choose for an iPhone. There's a link in the description where you can download the audio of this talk with music, but you can also rip this video from youtube. Just install an Add-on on your browser (type in "youtube video downloader" or something like that). I hope this helps :)

This amazing meditation is largely ruined by being interrupted by numerous abrupt ads inserted at random intervals. Very disappointing.

All the noise that accompanies Rupert’s words is not only unnecessary, but annoying and distracting. There are other places on RUclips where this can be heard in background silence.
As soon as an add appears on any video I immediately abandon the vid...i'M NOT WATCHING ADDS! PATHETIC!!!

Ruined by adds.. I Use to listen everynight before bed for subconcious programming now, not good with all the extra garbage from adds.. Disappointed in who ever allowed this to be. 👎
