The ads defeat the meditaion-ability. Cant/won't follow. Perhaps a different approach to sharing can be found :) The music and presentation are excellent, sans the interruptions.

This amazing meditation is largely ruined by being interrupted by numerous abrupt ads inserted at random intervals. Very disappointing.

FUCK ME, this is damn simple guys, you are not this "I" that is speaking in your head, YOU ARE AWARE OF IT. NOW listen it ! It will say maybe something like "yes but, I'm feeling bad, so I'm not enlighted yet...". DO NOT BELIEVE IT. As awareness, you experiment what you believe in ! If you believe in this "I", you will experiment it again and again ! If you believe a thought saying "I'm a so big shit" you will feel very very bad, if you believe one saying "I'm enlighted !", you will feel very very good, but this is madness, and later on you will believe in horrible thoughts, like "I lost it !", so it is not worth it to believe in good thoughts nor in bad thoughts. It is same process for every thoughts, if you believe in something, it becomes "real" in your experience, what you believe will manifest. Stop believing in this "I", let it go, and you will be free ! You don't have to do anything, because the problem is in the one who try to do something, so even saying "let it go" is not really true, the shift happens naturally if you get it, if you don't, don't worry, continue self inquiry and spiritual quest, it's okay. Try to find the root of this problematic "I", it has no root, it doesn't exists, it's just a thought that you believe in. In fact you don't really believe it, there is the experience of "I" believing in "I", but you are not affected by that, here's the paradox. The real "I" is not a thought, it is awarness, it has nothing personal, it just knows, feel your own presence, you are pure presence, awake. When the fake "I" understands that, he stops, and only YOU remain, pure silence, no words for it. The shift can be sudden or gradual. Hope that it will help some !
