- This is a guitar handmade in my garden in Aichi prefecture, Japan.
I planned to make it on the lowest possible budget.Total cost of making this guitar is $ 105.
But I devoted all my skills to making this guitar.
My technique and tools are still immature, but I think I made a very nice guitar.

The specifications are as follows:
-Alder body
-2x4 white wood top board
-Maple & Rosewood Laminate Neck
-Perfero Fret Board
-647.7mm (25 "1/2) scale, 21 medium frets, white wood position mark
-Chinese-made unbranded pickup (Humbucker style), 1 volume 1 tone (alpha 250k) 3-way lever switch (CLR)
-Unbranded bridge
-GOTOH Tuner (Made in Japan)
-Bone nut
-Custom-made pickguard (3-ply tortoiseshell pattern)
The plan began in December 2019 and was completed in June 2020.
The world was confused by the epidemic, but I enjoyed this life work alone and never lost hope.
I am an amateur maker.I value amateur stance and aim for free and easy thinking and production style unique to amateurs.

I think Nagano is one of the most wonderful areas in Japan with rich nature. I think Nagano is one of the most beautiful and natural areas in Japan. It may be a harsh environment during the winter, but from spring to autumn it is full of beautiful Japanese scenery.
If I could, I would like to live in Nagano too, but I have a mother with dementia, so I will continue to live in Aichi Prefecture with her for a while.

I've been in Japan since 2016 and live with my wife and daughter in Suwa shi near Suwa Lake. It really is a very beautiful place but winter causes me some problems. Unfortunately this pandemic has deprived us of personal contact but, I still hope that one day I can do a jam session with Japanese friends ! Elvis Presley and country music are the main styles I develop as a vocalist and guitarist. I hope that one day we can meet and talk about guitars and music, Greetings ..Nice to meet you ! So this video is 3 years old am I'm just now seeing it on RUclips. I'd just like to say, from the beautifil hills of the Appalachia in wild & wonderful West Virginia USA where I currently reside, wonderful work on that guitar, and the playing demo is not too bad either if I do say so myself. I particularly like how you added a melody line over the chords and then added the harmony on top. Very nice.

First time to see guitar maker use tools for check bending string and neck
Nice work. I have to say I've never been a fan of Pau Ferro fretboards, they always looked like rosewood that's been left out in the Arizona desert for 5 years and is in desperate need of moisture treatment. But you got so polished that it almost looks like it's been lacquered and buffed glossy, and it's looks great. I'm surprised with all the work that's gone into it that you want with no name pickups and hardware, it's like putting bumper stickers on a Bentley.
I'd been doing refrets without a jig for years, what a difference it makes once I started using one.
That guitar is amazing, nice skills.

Impressive build! Love the way you’ve developed jigs and processes to build the whole guitar using power tools. Seems like a better to get consistent guitar builds. And you can definitely power some t-style builds out that way. That said my mind won’t let me stop thinking it’s cheating to use the power tools. Even though I just said it takes skills to create the jigs etc. Must be the German in me. Nice work.

Wow what a beautiful project! Only thing is I would recommend trying titebond 2 or titebond 3 for a stronger hold. The "original" is not very strong over long periods.. also 2 and 3 are waterproof to protect against moisture.
