I love battle Force 2000! I have them all and some of their vehicles still sealed unassembled. Iron Grenadiers are also part of Battle Force 2000. The figure has the battle force 2000 logo on it’s card. I never understood this.
As a kid, Battle Force 2000 was confusing. I loved the Jet because it was slick and had a removable battle station, but the rest of the vehicles looked like clunky things made with refrigerators and spare truck parts.

Well done retrospective! I was fortunate to have all the BD2K figures and vehicles and personally, the line was very underrated. This was Hasbro's answer to M.A.S.K. but way cooler. At least the commercial jingle was cool. "They can take on any for, for G.I.Jooooe.."
These figures made no sense because they didn’t come with the vehicles they were assigned to. All the other Joe vehicles could be driven by anyone, but these vehicles were prototypes so only specially trained individuals could use them. Also, a “snow tank” could only be used in snow, so BF 2000 could only be really used effectively in cold environments.
Battleforce 2000 was the R and D department of G.I. Joe... I used to work for their real world equivalent once upon a time. You've heard of Area 51? That's only 1 of the well known ones you need to know about... Other then that, don't worry about them. You couldn't get in even if The Lord parted the Red Seas.
Dodger was the team’s sole survivor. One of Larry Hama’s ideas for a relaunch of GI Joe that didn’t happen (post-Marvel, pre Devil’s Due and IDW) had him as part of a pared-down Joe roster.
As a Hoosier I’ve always been really disappointed with the Joe representation from Indiana, like Dodger here. He’s not like the worst character ever but I could take or leave him, the only one we have who’s any good is Footloose
Thanks!
Great video and content, Jesse! #FullWatch
i used to have all the battleforece 2000 when i was a kid, i would have lots of fun playing with them.
Yeah, brother! Another fire video!! Did you see the Night Force Blaster?!

Wow always thought Blocker was the leader. Learn something new. Great video as always!
This was the point I left GI JOE toys and comics
Battle Force 2000 looks awesome. 😀👍
the Vindicator totally looks like something out of those 60's VTOL test films
🎉🎉🎉
I was surprised Hasbro let Larry Hammer kill the whole team, except dodger in the comic books back in the day that was shocking.
Elektra Natchios.
as a eurolad, it was more confusing, we had no battle force,
Can you do the video on Sneak Peek?

Colleen Wing.
I'm still trying to figure out, why kill off everyone in the team, except Dodger, that was a waste of potential?🤔
I had Dee-Jay...

First rule of Area 51 is don’t talk about Area 51 lol even if you no longer work there I’ve heard things people disappear
The comic book version of team dies in gi-joe version of guft war

Definitley some of my least favorite characters in G.I.Joe.
Given they all but Dodger were killed in the comics which led to my losing interest in this franchise. It should be titled who were Battleforce 2000.
Really? For me the losing interest started when they introduced Battleforce 2000.
Love them all. Still sucked 6 of the 7 died
I know, I created my own Battleforce 2000 Original Character Carnage, But I let him live along with Dodger in my GI Joe Universe.
@@danwindler9400 same here!!!! I created myself back in the day and he currently is the gunner on the Vector
@@stephenchaiser5082 Cool
it was great. Hated them all.
