I moved to capitol hill in seattle at the end of June. I bought myself a decent electric scooter to get around on and had the idea to try ubereats just as a way to show me things in the city I haven't seen before or known about. I have a full time job but I still manage to make $300-$400 a week. The awesome thing is that I can leave the app running and get deliveries while sitting on my couch and I just run out of the door when I get one
Using a bike is the only way delivering is anywhere near worth it anymore. Anybody doing this full time is doing themselves a major disservice, however it's still an awesome and fun way to make some beer/bud money or have a few extra bucks for your vacation or night out.
@@julianmejia4675better have a good battery, otherwise you'll be waiting on charges more often or carry a spare battery. I use a 80cc bike, $5.00 worth of gas covers my entire day. I also have a E-bike but it sucks for Dashing.
Not a bad way to make a bit of cash tbh, I like riding bikes anyway so getting paid for it would be a bonus. Here in Yorkshire UK I would have rain and bike thieves to contend with not to mention busy narrow roads and hills to contend with lol. And we have the 15.5mph and 250w legal limits which mean my DIY bike that is actually capable of going up the hills could get me into trouble with police and potentially lose my driver's licence...
I'm trying to get into dashing with a bicycle, but unfortunately, it seems that I am unable to use a bicycle in the Dallas area. Do you still deliver here? Do you have to start somewhere else before you can add a bicycle as a vehicle? I contacted support and everything. Thanks!

The only problem is how long the battery last before you recharge it again. But other than that it’s really fun 😊
@@johnestremera1094 always can invest in a mod to add a battery

I'd like to know how you secure your bike during pickup and delivery.
When dashing on a bike, do you still have to take pizza orders? I have no rack on my bike right now and im not sure if I will run into a pizza order.
Max is usually only like a medium pizza from papa johns
Thanks for the video! Do you have a chest mounted camera? Is that how you film these?

I'm just trying to make a few extra bucks is all, so if this works, I'm game

Same thing for my area, I hate to say it but you have to select that your a car and have a big enough bag on your bike to do it. You should be fine
