    I love these vipassana interviews! I attended my first course in January, these videos are such a gem. Nowhere else on RUclips, great content for practitioners!

    Just started Vipassana Meditation, it is so different from Transcendental Meditation that I have been doing. So in love with this form of meditation ! Love hearing everyone's experience.

    man I could listen to Bradley talk all day.. I'd like to hear more about how his life compares before and after meditation.
    So like all the hobbies, interests, food, music etc. he liked before ever meditating, what does he think to it all now?
    And what are his friendships like with old friends after years of meditation?

    I am fifty I started my first course in Vipassana By the assistant teacher of shri SN Goenka 20 years ago. I am from south India. I have been looking for people who are on regular practice of the mediation in mundane life.
    It was inspiring when i came across Bradley on the interview. I have attended a couple of 10 day courses and many short courses. I have not been regular in practice .
    it' s so encouraging to stay connected with person like Bradley. Pure Dhamma only can liberate you and the world.

    He was progressed so much that he completed 30-day within the first 3 years! People take decades to be able to reach that. Way to go Brad!

    It is a skill in many ways, it takes time and hard work to reach a point in Dhamma life when you realize...it is happiness....selflessness ...kindness...the ten parami :) are the true path. It's not an instant breakfast , you know, add milk and stir and voila...far from it....sweet as honey Dhamma life is !!

    Great video! As someone who is getting deeper and deeper into meditation it's awesome to listen to this information and experience. On another note, I also have given up masturbation and feel like it has helped my mind and my practice so much. I know it was only a small part of the video but I also want to add that for me wet dreams stopped pretty early on. I think it's your body looking for release as it's so used to it but eventually adjusts. I think stopping these constant dopamine hits is so integral to finding a balanced mind which only enhances your meditation progress.

    Really curious whether he was able to find a way to be more integrated in society and livelihood. I struggle alot with the same. I also want to be back more in society but find it so hard to find a way... Is there any way you could connect me with Bradley 🤞

      Haha honestly it is hard to do a walking interview while holding a camera and filming. In the back of my mind I am trying not to trip, making sure camera is on both of us, wondering where to walk, avoiding cars, etc. I want to do more interviews of this style because I think walking makes it interesting but it is a little tricky to film

    • @RaysSeven
      @RaysSeven 6 лет назад

      Oh for sure. I agree with you and I wasn't criticizing your interview, I was just wondering what he thinks.
