Nice work mate, I'm at a similar stage to you.... I only wish my bulkhead was in as good condition though, lol

Thanks.👍 I did get lucky with the condition of the whole land rover there's minimal bodywork to do.

Great video, I've a few similar repairs need doing in the same location on both sides of the Series 3 we have awaiting rebuild, so some great tips, thanks!

@@retro.restorations Thanks mate, I will do, as the level of detail in your videos is superb. The only other areas of issue on the bulkhead are on the door pillars just below the bottom hinges.
Will consult your previous 2.25 diesel videos towards summer, as I'm figuring my on the road series 3 needs new valve seals etc due to occasional blue smoke at idle.
      Cheers,
      Bruce.

Thank you I do try and include as much detail as I can.
Blue smoke when the engine is idling can be caused by piston rings valve seals will usually cause smoke on start up or on over run its also worth checking that the engine breather isn't clogged causing excess crankcase pressure its easy to clean out by soaking it in petrol, diesel or paraffin. 👍

@@retro.restorations brilliant, I'll check the breather before doing anything too radical. Thanks again 👍
