I love this piece. It is absolutely beautiful! I have a flowering quince going on 17 years now. My mom got it for me when I moved into my house. It was about 6 to 8 inches tall and now it's about 8 feet tall and 6 to 7 feet wide. It's not really a tree but more of a large bush really. It has already flowered this spring. The flowers are very similar in color to your painting. It only started producing quince fruits 2 years ago. The first year there were only a couple. Last year there were maybe half dozen. I googled it and it said they are very sour and are best if baked to bring out the sweetness. I am going to try that this year.
I would love to see you paint a weeping Willow. Something very ethereal and misty looking. Like maybe it's raining. Weeping willows always seem sort of romantic and sort of fairy tale to me, like something I imagine would be in an enclosed garden at a castle. I am not a painter but I do love working with resin and I love watching your videos. Your art is amazing.!
