I love striping my yard. It was challenging at first because depending on where the sun is it can be hard to see your lines. I’ve found that mowing with my roller in the early afternoon when the sun is almost behind my back is the best time to be able to see the patterns. Rye, fescue, and Kentucky Blue are great grasses for this effect

aaron cupps not entirely true. They are very noticeable from the curb but relative to a birds eye view not as much contrast. Notice when they show the cover of the book, you can clearly see the patterns from nearly a standing elevation.
