My friend Dan and I are overweight. We've struggled with being obese our entire lives. After watching your content and listening to this inspiration, I feel really motivated to turn it around. Surgery or not, I'm super proud of you. I would absolutely miss eggs and cheese, you're such an inspiration! Stay blessed.
Been a fan since your early days, i hadn't followed your story much and just saw your new video and you're skinny and jacked, i searched around around to see what happened. This video is a great explanation and it's great to hear that you're taking of yourself. I'm 46 i weigh 185 pounds but I've been hitting the alcohol too much much since the pandemic. I need to cut back. Your words on this video are inspirational, congrats Smo for taking care of yourself.

WEVE BEEN MARRIED 35 YEARS AND I GAVE UP THIS YEAR…I TOLD HIM TO LET LOOSE AND EAT WHATEVER HE WANTED BUT BEFORE I SHUT UP HE WAS CALLING AND GETTING LIFE INSURANCE ON HIM TO ME FOR $150,000….I FIGURE FOR HAVING TO BE ALONE AFTER HE DIED….I WAS GOING TO BE TOO DEVASTATED TO EVER REMARRY AND GET FINANCIAL HELP….😢😢😢😢

Processed food is definitely the devil. And I'm definitely an alcoholic. But I'm still not sold on no meat.
It’s all good. You don’t have to give up meat. I did because of my health. Just be aware of what you put in your body!
