      Thank you Temam. The interest rate will be considered after the next Buy, because the loan will be secured by then. But for the first Buy of the 20,000,000 , I assumed that the person had invested his own cash and in this case no interest rate. But tax should be considered for the rental income. I will present the detailed cash flow analysis of real estate investment soon. Thank you for your great insight in the subject.
