All fantastic looking. I'm most excited for Iron Fist although i do wish he had the more v shape suit going down his torso but still looks great and honestly i have to pick and choose. But if i didn't have to they'd all be easy buys. Great analysis and recap👌

Yooo Manny bro Danny Ketch Ghost Rider and his bike! Yes man I am so stoked about this reveal. I am definitely picking this up since I missed out on the Johnny Blaze Ghost Rider. This is the Ghost Rider I grew up with. The very first comic I picked up was Spider-Man #7 by Todd McFarlane. So this is a no brainer. I can't wait to see what's in your top ten at the end of the year cause Legends are on Fuego 🔥🔥🔥🔥!
I think your review convinced me on some figures better than the live stream did!! Because Spider-man is classic, it's easy to overlook that Superior Spider-man came out many years after Skaar, but I do expect a solid classic for an 85 year. And if it's pinless with a new sculpt like these, we are going to buy them even if they've been done! 😂

ML deserves kudos when they are not lazy, and they need objective criticism when they are bad. You provide that. My guess on the rock? I don't think it is a base. I think it is an accessory for a Uatu Haslab.

Modern comic designs make for easily some of the best figures in the Marvel Legends line given their inherent requirement for more unique and detailed sculpts. I completely get that classic designs are usually blank bodies with flat details so reusing bodies within the line makes sense, but there are many times I can't help but feel that the inherent flatness of those design details one the same select number of bodies can come off as lacklustre (especially when there's things like sloppy paint), and generally it can throw off the figure. A couple punch-ups with sculpted seams or glove/boot tops or logos goes a long way, and man do those Astonishing designs nail that aesthetic. Iron Fist and Luke Cage made the stream for me, when it comes to street level characters those two and Punisher are the main ones I needed to check off my list. The more subdued modern looks for Danny are some of my favourites, but it's a 50/50 for me between them and the classic look when it comes to which I'd call my mental image, I do love the silhouette with the collar, and the Luke Cage design they went with is definitively my mental image, so I won't need other versions of them once that set drops. Ghostrider looks awesome, much better body than the previous version but for me I don't think I'll have the space for the bike, so at least for now it's an easy skip since that retro version is a decent representation for my shelf. The rest for me personally aren't characters or corners of the Marvel universe that I have much investment in, but I'm happy for those that wanted them.
The figures themselves were all great. Ghost Rider, Warbird, and Iron Fist were exceptionally great. My only issues with the reveals: 1. Emma Frost cannot actually stand in the pose they had her in with Wolverine and Cyclops. 2. Skaar doesn't belong in an 85 years wave. 3. Warbird is a Target exclusive. She's not even red!
It is a crazy difference from last year to this year around this time the Spider-Man retro wave 3 got revealed which is probably the WORST wave of this decade so far
I wasnt collecting legends, so this stream sucked for me, because now I have to order at least four of these figures. Pulse stopped sending me emails for events for some reason, so I have been missing out on stuff.
Was it ever blue? I always thought it was a “Superman hair” situation where it’s black with a lot of blue shading. If you go look at Luke Cage, Hero for Hire #1, it very much looks like black IMO

For me 1)Warbird 2) Hero’s for Hire 3) Ghost Rider 4) Skarr cause I don’t have one , I will probably get the Wolverine cause it will be my final one cause it looks like a definitive version and I’m tired of all the Wolverine’s rerelease unless they do that Spy wolverine in the black outfit, or Elsie and Albert. As for Superior Spider-man I never liked the concept of the character but they did do a cool rendition. As for the MCU stuff I don’t care for them unless I can squeeze them in to my comic collection and I was always annoyed when they would release a more definitive version later on like they did withe the Black Order that pissed me off all the hunting you had to do in order to put the Order together to only turn around and do a five pack changed my attitude on hunting.

What absolutely sucks about that Iron Fist is that its actually based on a 2021 run, which is why the neck cut is rectangular instead of the proper 70s/80s V-neck cut.
I always hated the "modern" Luke Cage design because HE'S NOT EVEN WEARING A SUPERHERO COSTUME. He's just a black guy in street clothes. Half the guys at my job look like the modern Luke Cage.

My favorite versions of wolverine and Miss Marvel but might try get 2 of her to customize one into Psylocke X-force (since I have an exta Psylocke head x275) these are a must. SKaar will go kazar maybe, Also the 2 pack Iron Fist and Luke cage worth considering. I was waiting for this video. I knew you'd be excited and the energy would be high. It was a great stream and I'm probably going to end up getting all of them, except Skarr and Wolverine. Can't wait to see what else they have in store, this year! I also wouldn't be surprised if the Legend's team is upping their game because of how successful the Classified team has been. A little internal competition amongst the Hasbro teams definitely wouldn't hurt!
Ok, I am not really a fan of that Danny bike, but I need it for the figure. One day I hope they make a 07/09 ghost rider with his bike. That was the ghost rider I grew up with. Would also love the cowboy ghost rider too from those movies!

I'm super excited for the Heroes for Hire 2-pack. I've desperately wanted those 2 for a while now. I'll also pick up Ghost Rider but I'm not quite as hyped for him. Astonishing Wolverine is a little tempting but I don't like the colors on his suit so I'll stick with heat claws Wolverine. The other reveals I don't really care about at all despite how awesome Superior Spider-Man looks.
Nice Review bro but I have to disagree with your take on Skaar, because the astonishing wolverine, Luke cage and superior spiderman are on modern design the others are on classic/90s design. especially on that modern wolverine design he teamed up with skaar to battle Romulus and Daken On comics ( Wolverine: The Reckoning) So we might be getting a Romulus figure or Daken sooner or later for the wolvierine's 50th anniversary line.
13:14 Also out of place because he's the only figure revealed today that has pins. Almost every reveal today has butterfly joints. Crazy that they'd give Skaar butterfly joints, that look like they have the same range as Hulk's, but not Ghost Rider, who whips a chain around.
I am happy with the reveals but sad to see the reverse ab crunch on so many new figures. It is not a revolutionary piece of articulation, if anything it’s a downgrade. What they need to do is put a ball joint in the torso and one at the waist. It’s cheaper, easier to engineer, looks better and would function more effectively. No modern Marvel Legends can lean at all. Freaking Spiderman can’t lean, and he still can’t even do a split. Yes these are great reveals but still have plenty of examples showing how Hasbro doesn’t know the bare bones basics of action figure engineering.
Man we need Hasbro to give us a redo on the comic Black Panther and put him on the proper buck this time. He needs the diaphragm ball joint ab crunch setup like all the new Spidey and Daredevil figures like NOW!!!

I was waiting for this video. I knew you'd be excited and the energy would be high. It was a great stream and I'm probably going to end up getting all of them, except Skarr and Wolverine. Can't wait to see what else they have in store, this year!
I also wouldn't be surprised if the Legend's team is upping their game because of how successful the Classified team has been. A little internal competition amongst the Hasbro teams definitely wouldn't hurt!
Ok, I am not really a fan of that Danny bike, but I need it for the figure. One day I hope they make a 07/09 ghost rider with his bike. That was the ghost rider I grew up with. Would also love the cowboy ghost rider too from those movies!

My only gripe is that Skaar is a bit too green.
I'm super excited for the Heroes for Hire 2-pack. I've desperately wanted those 2 for a while now. I'll also pick up Ghost Rider but I'm not quite as hyped for him. Astonishing Wolverine is a little tempting but I don't like the colors on his suit so I'll stick with heat claws Wolverine. The other reveals I don't really care about at all despite how awesome Superior Spider-Man looks.
Nice Review bro but I have to disagree with your take on Skaar, because the astonishing wolverine, Luke cage and superior spiderman are on modern design the others are on classic/90s design. especially on that modern wolverine design he teamed up with skaar to battle Romulus and Daken On comics ( Wolverine: The Reckoning) So we might be getting a Romulus figure or Daken sooner or later for the wolvierine's 50th anniversary line.
13:14 Also out of place because he's the only figure revealed today that has pins. Almost every reveal today has butterfly joints. Crazy that they'd give Skaar butterfly joints, that look like they have the same range as Hulk's, but not Ghost Rider, who whips a chain around.
I am happy with the reveals but sad to see the reverse ab crunch on so many new figures. It is not a revolutionary piece of articulation, if anything it’s a downgrade. What they need to do is put a ball joint in the torso and one at the waist. It’s cheaper, easier to engineer, looks better and would function more effectively. No modern Marvel Legends can lean at all. Freaking Spiderman can’t lean, and he still can’t even do a split. Yes these are great reveals but still have plenty of examples showing how Hasbro doesn’t know the bare bones basics of action figure engineering.
Man we need Hasbro to give us a redo on the comic Black Panther and put him on the proper buck this time. He needs the diaphragm ball joint ab crunch setup like all the new Spidey and Daredevil figures like NOW!!!
That superior spider man is sick! Might try and pick him up and then might try with that ghost rider as well. Glad to see them doing all the characters we’ve been asking for. And the hulkbuster tease? I’m excited for that
