Marion, I tried these today. They came out perfect. Yes, they were light, fluffy and everything you say they should be! I am thrilled and will be making these again day after tomorrow for guests.
Hey Marion, is there anyway you could create some videos covering the topic of Make Ahead and then Freeze for Convenience meal prep ideas? I am really interested in ways to spend say an entire weekend prepping and freezing portioned proteins etc and then having a simple dinner by just grabbing parts from the freezer. I would love to see your take on this type of prep. Thanks for the amazing content otherwise.
You're absolutely right.... Good evening Bonna How are you doing over there hope you're having a wonderful day it's a lovely day that the lord has made
I’ve learnt how to make bao buns from your previous video …. I Still use a glass to roll out the buns ….. you r the best and so are ur recipes …. Pls note I’m a vegetarian so I use the same seasonings and replace the meat / chicken with paneer, tofu or tempeh ❤
Such fond childhood memories of my Aunty Julie making these whenever we went to vist.Have remained a firm fa 1:39 vourite,Never made these, but I'll give it go.
Do you make Sesame Balls? I think they’re Chinese. They’re sweet little fried (?) balls filled with a sweetened bean or date paste in the center and sprinkled with, or rolled in sesame seeds. They’re so addictive, and I would LOVE to learn how to make them. Thank you.
There's some variations, you can look for "Jian Dui" or "Buchi". Some shops sell red bean paste that are canned. You'll also need glutinous or sweet rice flour. It's the flour type that makes the ball texture.
This looks like it might be my new favorite channel.. My teenage son and I love pork belly and everything that goes along with it... We need so much help thank you for posting I have no idea who you are.. I assume you're a chef with a restaurant.
You're absolutely right.... Good evening Rodney How are you doing over there hope you're having a wonderful day it's a lovely day that the lord has made
So I've noticed the earlier Bao recipe had milk powder and the latter ones use actual milk. What in everyone opinion is best the powder or the milk? Thanks everyone for feedback
I rewound the video several times and still couldn’t understand her. Looked it up online. It’s 90 minutes. I wish she’d get rid of the background noise.

Please how many minutes steaming the Bou required over the flame ?
How do you measure 0.5gm of salt isn’t it easier by teaspoons?
If y'all feeling lazy, could ask your kitty to do the kneading bread bit
Wait! 9 minutes or 90 minutes?! I think I'm going crazy. 😟

Any thoughts on the steamer baskets from ikea? Can't wait to try making these. Wish your sauces were available in Denmark
Why not just use warm milk instead of milk powder+water?

Hey, I love your boans, but you didn't munched the megerment
It’s not “bao bun” it’s just “baozi”. That’s like saying chai tea or challah bread
No measurement for ingredients 😮
With a dough or flour recipe she is in black and with some saucy recipe she is in white. I mean how does she even volunteer to do so?
Please please please get rid of that awful background noise. It’s so hard to understand you.
