For everyone wondering if these are as delicious as they look - THEY ARE! I made this recipe today and OH MY. They are amazing. I definitely recommend making the glaze, it really ties everything together and takes it from great to amazing. If you don't do the glaze it would be like eating cupcakes without frosting - not the same! I made the glaze extra lemony by using the juice from a whole lemon instead of just half and it was perfect. Very lemony but not too much and oh so gooey. I highly recommend this recipe, its sinfully delicious without being sickeningly sweet! Thanks Laura!
I actually prefer cupcakes without the frosting hahaha... but yes, lemony glaze is always a good thing in my book

Laura I have to be honest - I love all your recipes but this one for some reason is just too much deliciousness to handle. I have literally come back and watched it like four times. Today I am finally going to make them after I realized that I have all the ingredients except for the blueberries. So I am getting fresh blueberries and making them and I am SO EXCITED!

its almost 6am but i watched this video like a dozen times this week and i had to make it.. ITS AMAZING!!!! i used milk insted of cream cheese cause i simply forgot to buy one and i screwed up like a milion times on rasing the dough but oh well! its one of the best cakes i have ever had!

i don't know if this is a feasible request, but is it possible for you/Joe to compile all the summer recipes like cold soba noodle salad, your black bean salsa- anything you would recommend for us to make this summer into a playlist?! You have soooo many recipes, and I've watched all of them...but i Just can't recall the recipes that would be perfect for summer!
