Very informative . Edison seems like a great value for nj still. Great schools and easy access to commuting. The good amount of inventory seems to help keep prices somewhat “reasonable” compared to some other towns

Thanks for the comment @sts265! There is a wide range of inventory in Edison, and yes it is not as high priced as some of the higher demand communities further north towards NYC.

Damm, this whole video was shot right in my old neighborhood, in fact the three property locations, plus your opening at the Edison Tower, pretty much form a ring around the street I grew up on (Marlin Ave. West, off Grove Ave.). I went to JP Stevens HS, class of ‘84, and before I stumbled across your videos I was wondering if the school was even around anymore, only to discover it’s now one of the top-rated High Schools in the entire State! I certainly don’t remember anybody talking about it in those terms back when I went there. Growing up, I remember thinking the area was just kind of boring, it’s not until you move away you realize how much of what we took for granted most communities simply don’t have.
