I have it now .. i was able to catch it early and went to the doctor after 2days when i had 10 blisters and he said he will stop it but day 3 and 4 i got worse and now have it all over my body 😭😭 .. the blisters dont want scap even the ones i had in day1 are still blisters and i keep getting new 1ns 😭 please help

Sir, I'm 26 YO and healthy Alhamdulillah. 8 months ago I had chicken pox and took only antibiotics, now I'm fine.
I've never been vaccinated against chicken pox and I afraid whether in later life I don't get shingles as a complication or reactivation.
How can I prevent shingles in later life? I didn't post exposure prophylaxis immunization.
