I see typhoid cases every day.. here in South sudan, we use Widal test... and widal tend to be positive whenever blood smear for malaria parasite is ++ and after treating malaria alone, the widal results changes to negative and the patient improves.... Please can you help me clarify.. or try finding out? Thank you for your endless education

Can I give her lizomed 600 be,in the mid time clarithromycin 500 Od,zincovit bd,montek lc Od ??pls sir suggest and advise me.
