Auto - E Q Auto is 4 stacks instantly, so all you need to do is either Q first and use W before R, or do the full combo for 4 stacks and wait for Q to come up while you weave autos, then W R.
question for the "late all-in" combo note how you 1. end up with 11 stacks of conqueror after R cast 2. have your Q back up right as you are about to activate R wouldn't it be better to sneak in that melee Q right before R in order to reach all 12 stacks for that extra bit of AD and extra healing? of course assuming one runs conq on Samira but I think everyone does Edit right after: Yes I do realize it's really tight there, especially with perfect fast execution, and you have all skills maxed, but: >outside the vacuum of a training dummy that split second can happen due to something like, idk, aiming E because enemy moved or shaved because you have some source of ability haste >you tend to max Q first to my knowledge so it's should be available rank 5 at the stage of the game you would pull that combo off anyways
