I would argue that going resolve secondary can be better than just eyeball/treasure every single game, imagine you have soraka, take revitalize and you amplify shieldow, triumph, your lifesteal and soraka's healig, plus you can go second wind in heavy poke matchups, conditioning for a bit more scaling or bone platting if you want to time it with your all-ins, which are extremely strong runes.
In theory, bone plating is great into all-ins, i used to take it on any ADC (mis ffortune player) against all -in supprot, HOWEVER In game, bone plating is actually shit. Why ? It can procs as soon as the ennemy do one autoattack on u. For example, if their supp is leona (all-in) , the adc is cait (high range), she jsut do one auto on u, and voushh ur bone plating isnt ready fro the next all-in :x Second wind is always better in botlane !
True but you're not the 90%+ rank 1 Samira, so I'll go with their recommendation over yours. You're missing out on AD which is damage that can help you immensely, not only offensively but defenseively through lifesteal.

Nilah and Samira need to be removed from game. Sylas needs fat nerf, yone needs nerf. Make Nocturne R cooldown bigger in late game. Make Katarine scale harder and make cooldown bigger in late game. Remove pyke from a game. Nerf draven damage. Nerf Veigar passive and instead getting 1AP per minion with Q he should get 0,5 AP Remove Ksante, remove Sett, nerf Yorick. Remove Heartsteel (its just unfair on tanks and bruisers), make adcs and mages actually strong. Give back older items, nerf conq. This way game could be balanced. I played against sett who only bought titanic hydra and heartsteel in terms of damage while other items were all tank. He casually slammed me and in two auto-attack with heartsteel he killed me while i was poking him with everything i had... And remove Nilah and Samira x2 Then, just then, game would not be absolute trash
