@@shadowfox933 I just played her today and you really don't deal enough damage if you go bruiser. Her AD scaling is nuts but her base numbers are super duper low. I tried going botrk into cleaver and I wasn't able to do meaninful damage, I had difficulty CSing. I had the most success today with BT>IE>ER (draven style) but we'll see what her best build really is in the coming weeks as people figure her out.
@@Adjusting1 those are very bad examples imo. they relay on autos and their gameplay is basically the same as other adcs. samira is completly different (gameplay wise) because, unlike every adc, she doesn't just stay behind and tries to get as much dmg as possible safely, she can just go in the center and even walk in melee range to get more dmg. i think another unique adc is vayne because she, unlike any adc, can just go sidelane pretty far without a support covering her all game (she is really good in duels)

I think you missed a huge mechanic on this champion. You cannot use Q while in W, but you can still use Q while in E while in W, so that means you can just aa-W-EQ-(second W)-aa and you are fully stacked from 0 in like a second.
Nerfing her in solo lanes would upset me greatly, a character that draws heavily from dante shouldnt need help, like, at all Edit: im sure adc players that DONT play her would be happy to see her OUT of their lane and not primarily against them now that i think about it, providing she isnt auto banned.

i found another quick combo for stack her passive if you are close enough for W to hit, AA-W-E+Q-second W hit-AA cause you cant use Q in W but you can use E+Q in active W (you can use E or E+Q in middle of her R too)
Pretty bad guide overall since a lot of it is just false but good to learn the basics. “You can’t use Q while using W” Not right. You can use Q on top of the E dash during w, which helps a lot to increase DPS, adds more area damage and gives much more style points to combos. The W E Q combo is pretty essential to her combo kit. Also they make her Q sound bad. The low cooldown on an area slash that crits and provides lifesteal provides tons of sustain and aoe damage. Though in lane, you’ll mostly be using her q shot to poke and farm safely in lane. They also don’t provide a great distinct combo. A combo I recommend is AA + WEQ + AA into R
Riot: Ok we failed the balancing on Aphelios. Prolly we need a Champion more simpel with more Damage. No ult cd and lifesteal basically get Death Dance Essence Reaver and Tank items. Unkillable Polly

Deaths dance is actually a bad buy on her. her melee q and ult are considered aoe, so they only apply 1/3rd of deaths dance's heal. a much better buy is bloodthirster, since, her q and ult fully apply lifesteal
u get death dance for the cool down life steal and defense stats plus death dance cause bleed from burst so u can live long enough for ult and heal from dmg taken with thirster u have to hit to live vrs DD u go in run away and recover while taking you pain in doses u get 40 cdr with ER and DD

Wait 3.5% mvs for EACH stack Celerity was giving 4% mvs, after 2 patches it was nerfed to 3%, after some time it became very potent rune and was nerfed down to 1.5% before it got removed completely and later reintroduced as 1% mvs bonus. And Samira has 3.5% for each stack and can stack it up to 6 times. And she has multiple dashes in her kit. And yet her base movement speed is 335. And never mind the fact that it is only one of her passives. I sense 200 years of game design experience here! They already prepared in case Samira somehow unexpectedly becomes broken so they can nerf her (-5 base mvs) up to two times! With 6 patches in between each nerf!
I now realize what I am doimg wrong with stacking her passive. I dont aa between my abilities I usualy go full in and land in the middle of the enemy adc and supp with omly 3 stacks not being able to stack further and dying because of it. Thanks this is gonna hopefully improve my skill with her
IMO she is really good but there are so many more unbalanced champions that i don't care. my no1 is AP Volibear which i started to permaban no matter what lane im playing. it was unplayable every time i faced it (doesn't matter if i was vs it, or if i had him in my team - he just kills everything that's coming too close). i mean the gunblade volibear build.
No ones talking about it because theyre too busy clickbaiting, but her early game is pitiful. Her q does like 60 dmg at lvl 1 and the AD ratio is awful. Her W is more like a parry not a windwall. It dosent linger you actually need to time it super well. She has no anti tank damage so good luck ever getting close to a top laner and surviving with that short range

you know Samira isn't as powerful as people are saying I've been using her for a while now and unless your a pro player using her to your max tryhard shes not that great her ult while it does hit 10 times for like 50 damage shes pretty slow and in my experience it's pretty easy to outrun not to mention her lifestyle on it isn't that great almost every game at least three people can just stand in it with barely any damage dealt with them
A faster combo is to "AA - Q - AA - E - AA - W" since w damages instantly when cast. downside to this is that you exit W early since you can cast ult right away.

IDK I think ER is going to be overvalued on her. The only cooldown she has that's relevant is Q.. and it's already a 2 second cooldown. ER would reduce its cooldown by less than half a second. It's not a terrible item for her or anything, but I don't think it's totally necessary, as there are many other items that could potentially be game-changing for her. I am also wondering about her runes. It seems like most people are in agreement over Conqueror.. but I was wondering if Hail of Blades would be good for stacking Style ASAP. The quicker she gets style, the better she will be, so in theory, Hail of Blades SHOULD be the best keystone.

you know Samira isn't as powerful as people are saying I've been using her for a while now and unless your a pro player using her to your max tryhard shes not that great her ult while it does hit 10 times for like 50 damage shes pretty slow and in my experience it's pretty easy to outrun not to mention her lifestyle on it isn't that great almost every game at least three people can just stand in it with barely any damage dealt with them

BT is better than DD. You heal more off of BT than DD when you ult. DD is a good second lifesteal item if it is needed. Just my two cents.

A faster combo is to "AA - Q - AA - E - AA - W" since w damages instantly when cast. downside to this is that you exit W early since you can cast ult right away.

6:00 there is a combo that is faster than that that is AA into W (make sure to damage the enemy with the W) then E + Q into another AA

IDK I think ER is going to be overvalued on her. The only cooldown she has that's relevant is Q.. and it's already a 2 second cooldown. ER would reduce its cooldown by less than half a second. It's not a terrible item for her or anything, but I don't think it's totally necessary, as there are many other items that could potentially be game-changing for her. I am also wondering about her runes. It seems like most people are in agreement over Conqueror.. but I was wondering if Hail of Blades would be good for stacking Style ASAP. The quicker she gets style, the better she will be, so in theory, Hail of Blades SHOULD be the best keystone.
