I had try everything and the 4k firestick would just not move from the frozen screen looking for an internet connection. Your instructions worked. Now all the programs apps on the 64G need to be recognized.
Knowing what no signal means, it means the firestick is not getting power or signal to the tv. Check all the cords HDMI, and power cords. Chance it got unplugged or you are on the wrong HDMI port

No signal either means the HDMI cord needs replaced, or the power to the firestick isn't active. Usually a cords issue. Try different cords (they are standard cords) and even a different tv in case it's your ports. I'm sure you tried this, just making suggestions

Try a different hdmi port or different hdmi cable. You could also reset your tv ports by unplugging the firestick and the tv from the wall outlets and the hdmi ports. Then wait 60 seconds. And plug everything back in to the wall and stick back into the port. Seems funny, but the no signal means your firestick is not being recognized by the port. Or not powered on. Also make sure your stick power cord is good and tight
Well my f stick stopped working over a week ago. The only thing that appears on my screen is the firetv logo. I tried the process from this video without any change, or success, so I’m guessing it’s fried. So I’m guessing I’ll need a new one. But I had j broke this one way back 2018 with your assistance, there no way I’m able to do that again without you knowledge. Let me know what you think.
So a couple things. One you should have turned off auto updates, then this would not have happened (maybe you are new to the channel and haven’t watched our videos). Second the factory reset will work if done properly. Usually has to do with the buttons not pressed at the same time or held long enough. If you join Patreon, you can send it to us and we can fix it

Even after using the VPN the app is not available, should need to rest the device and relogin again after changing Amazon account country settings as don't want to factory reset as it will remove installed apps 🙄

You might need the modified APK. Android and Amazon fire OS are different. What are you trying to install. Getting the right one is key. Your stick is unlocked right?

Mine don't. But you are correct if they are not subs of mine and know how to manage their apps and memory. You only need to buy a new one if you are many generations behind. This was a 4k stick. It will last many more years and work just fine.

Sorry, that's a really old unit and they don't make much for those anymore. The best bet is to get a newer stick. Way better anyway and they are very inexpensive.

If you factory reset it, it will be like you are setting up a brand new firestick. Lists are however you have them set up on your netflix or amazon account.

It's rare that they go bad, but it could happen. Especially if they get dropped or wet. If you replaced the batteries and did the sync we shared and still not working, maybe buy the new Pro remote. We have a video on it. Very nice upgrade

Good day. We need help please 🙏🏽 Couple of us purchased the new Firestick 4k max and a JVC 4k smart TV. We can not for any reason, get the firestick remote to pair with the JVC tv. We have entered every code listed and tried every other method. We can not control the volume,Alexia or the power button. That's the JVC code for 95% of JVC tvs. I never got your model number though. This is a common issue with JVC TVs though. If you google it, you will see thousands with this problem.

Tried to fix Firestick with the 3 recommendations, still no help , the Firestick when turned on just flashes on and off , the fire never shows behind the sign along with music , any thoughts, have another stick did this awhile back , frustrated, replace with new, thanks !
New batteries and the sync should work. The last one I synced took 15 minutes. Hold home down until the corner remote goes from slow blink to fast blink. Then literally set it down and come back 20 minutes later. DO NOT TOUCH THE REMOTE. Even after it stops blinking. If that doesn't work, just factory reset the stick. Nothing needs to be replaced.
There's technically no "turn on". It's either the hdmi cord or power cord. Make sure both are tight or try a replacement. Firesticks almost never just "die"

If you factory reset the stick, you will lose all your 3rd party apps and settings. It basically brings it back to as if you pulled it right out of the box. A simple restart will not however, and you will get improved performance. When is the last time you restarted your firestick?

I'm not sure about that. But a little info about the remote you might NOT know: While the Fire TV remote seems to be made of opaque solid black plastic, it’s actually made of a special material that is transparent to IR light. Seen through a special IR camera, the remote housing appears completely transparent. This is so that the IR emitters in the remote that can control your TV, soundbar, and AV receiver can easily beam signals out of the remote. So, the next time you’re going to turn your TV on/off or change the volume, try not bothering to point the remote at the TV and I bet the signal gets to it anyway.
For the past week or so, every time I pause the tv and it goes to screensaver, if it's DVR recorded, it goes back to the beginning of the show, and if it's live, it jumps ahead to live, so in effect the pause feature doesn't work. Any fix for that? Thanks
Roku channel is ok, but very limited. You really need an IPTV. We give them away a lot on patreon. Unfortunaley youtube restricts mentioning any IPTVs on their platform. But we need to get you a better option than sling. Check out patreon. We have them listed there
Not sure if deleting everything was the right step. Maybe clear cache and then the most important thing. Just restart it. Then the message is cleared. This is why we started patreon. To help people with stuff like this.

Keep in mind the Lite version has limitations. It was made as the cheapest alternative for a reason. I would upgrade to the new 4k. They are on sale right now. Very cheap

I'm not sure what you mean. It turns on automatically once powered on. Turning it off is more the challenge that people don't know how to do. Firestick is always on otherwise. In your case, make sure power is plugging into the stick and the HDMI is tight into the tv port. Enjoy
That's a different thing all together. Is this an old firestick? Or new? Since there is no "power button or off" on the firestick, you just either don't have the power to the firestick (could be bad cord or outlet plug), or the firestick is toast. I would bet on power cord. I would unplug from power, wait a bit and plug it in. If that doesn't resolve, try new cords. I'm sure you have extras around there. It's a common cord. Also make sure you are using the plug they gave you.
Did you unplug it from the power source (wall outlet) for 60 seconds to let it resolve the power issue, then plug it back into power? You can keep HDMI cord plugged in.

How long did you hold the buttons at the same time? Takes quite a while. You have to press it right when the fire logo comes up and just keep holding. Could take 2-3 minutes straight
We have a video on this exact solution. First step, unplug everything (power and tv), then wait atleast 60 seconds. Plug it back it with NO attachments if you have any. If that doesn't work, simply factory reset it with the method in this video. Once fixed, turn off auto updates. This is what's causing this usually

Yeah, how old is your stick? The last one was 2018 which is what? 5 years ago. Most electronics are obsolete after a few years. The firestick is so cheap, you can always get a new one.
Check the power cords and the hdmi cords. Make sure everything is plugged in and outlet is working. Not turning on is extremely rare. Usually a cord issue
Well I tried but my fire stick is screen stuck badly I reset the remote to pair it with it like stated on the video then held both the right and back bottoms at the same time the controller blinked 4x then 3 blue blink and nothing happened the screen still frozen 😢😭

It's not getting a signal. Router upgrade or an extender will help. We have videos on both on the channel
All of a sudden I'm getting a "NO Signal" no matter what [ort I put it in. I have the new 4G model. It was just working last month!

Then either the stick isn't getting power, your hdmi cord is bad, or your hdmi port is bad. Easy troubleshooting on "hardware" will fix this.

New batteries and the sync should work. The last one I synced took 15 minutes. Hold home down until the corner remote goes from slow blink to fast blink. Then literally set it down and come back 20 minutes later. DO NOT TOUCH THE REMOTE. Even after it stops blinking. If that doesn't work, just factory reset the stick. Nothing needs to be replaced.

There's technically no "turn on". It's either the hdmi cord or power cord. Make sure both are tight or try a replacement. Firesticks almost never just "die"

If you factory reset the stick, you will lose all your 3rd party apps and settings. It basically brings it back to as if you pulled it right out of the box. A simple restart will not however, and you will get improved performance. When is the last time you restarted your firestick?

no, actually use the shortcut menu by holding down the home button for a few seconds, then select restart

I'm not sure about that. But a little info about the remote you might NOT know: While the Fire TV remote seems to be made of opaque solid black plastic, it’s actually made of a special material that is transparent to IR light. Seen through a special IR camera, the remote housing appears completely transparent. This is so that the IR emitters in the remote that can control your TV, soundbar, and AV receiver can easily beam signals out of the remote. So, the next time you’re going to turn your TV on/off or change the volume, try not bothering to point the remote at the TV and I bet the signal gets to it anyway.
For the past week or so, every time I pause the tv and it goes to screensaver, if it's DVR recorded, it goes back to the beginning of the show, and if it's live, it jumps ahead to live, so in effect the pause feature doesn't work. Any fix for that? Thanks
I would need to know what program you are using to dvr. Also. Turn off the screensaver on the firestick. It's a cache hog

Yeah, sling has it's flaws. Nothing to do with the firestick. Way better and more affordable ways to get tv on a firestick.

Roku channel is ok, but very limited. You really need an IPTV. We give them away a lot on patreon. Unfortunaley youtube restricts mentioning any IPTVs on their platform. But we need to get you a better option than sling. Check out patreon. We have them listed there

Not sure if deleting everything was the right step. Maybe clear cache and then the most important thing. Just restart it. Then the message is cleared. This is why we started patreon. To help people with stuff like this.

Keep in mind the Lite version has limitations. It was made as the cheapest alternative for a reason. I would upgrade to the new 4k. They are on sale right now. Very cheap

I'm not sure what you mean. It turns on automatically once powered on. Turning it off is more the challenge that people don't know how to do. Firestick is always on otherwise. In your case, make sure power is plugging into the stick and the HDMI is tight into the tv port. Enjoy

That's a different thing all together. Is this an old firestick? Or new? Since there is no "power button or off" on the firestick, you just either don't have the power to the firestick (could be bad cord or outlet plug), or the firestick is toast. I would bet on power cord. I would unplug from power, wait a bit and plug it in. If that doesn't resolve, try new cords. I'm sure you have extras around there. It's a common cord. Also make sure you are using the plug they gave you.

What if it is stuck in system recovery mode?
Did you unplug it from the power source (wall outlet) for 60 seconds to let it resolve the power issue, then plug it back into power? You can keep HDMI cord plugged in.

How long did you hold the buttons at the same time? Takes quite a while. You have to press it right when the fire logo comes up and just keep holding. Could take 2-3 minutes straight

We have a video on this exact solution. First step, unplug everything (power and tv), then wait atleast 60 seconds. Plug it back it with NO attachments if you have any. If that doesn't work, simply factory reset it with the method in this video. Once fixed, turn off auto updates. This is what's causing this usually

Yeah, how old is your stick? The last one was 2018 which is what? 5 years ago. Most electronics are obsolete after a few years. The firestick is so cheap, you can always get a new one.

Check the power cords and the hdmi cords. Make sure everything is plugged in and outlet is working. Not turning on is extremely rare. Usually a cord issue
Well I tried but my fire stick is screen stuck badly I reset the remote to pair it with it like stated on the video then held both the right and back bottoms at the same time the controller blinked 4x then 3 blue blink and nothing happened the screen still frozen 😢😭
I don't think you held it long enough. Should be 30-45 seconds until the screen pops up to reset
