The pressure when they were still trainees to be good enough to debut, the expectation on them to be even more better.

Everything was evaluated and tested back then so their old feelings seem to resurfaced and affect them sometimes. It’s what’s I understand from it.

For me it means they feel like they haven’t improved since the trainee’s days with all the hates, doubts and judgments they get from others bc according to jennie’s on the documentary back then they were criticized a lot by producers and staff that she’s not worth it it was really hard with all the criticism. Everything was evaluated and tested back then so their old feelings seem to resurfaced and affect them sometimes. It’s what’s I understand from it.

I think it meant both literally and metaphorically, the studio where they trained for 7-4 yrs together with other trainees hoping to debut is still the studio they practice all their choreographs now that they are super sucessful, so even though they debuted they are still stuck in that “spot”
