I just saw Plush tonight open for Disturbed...and they OWNED that crowd and won it over, even as the smallest opening act! The band goes just as hard live and her vocals are even better in person! I listened to the 3 men sitting next to me react viscerally to Plush more and more with each song they played!
They are on the rise. Keep it going with Plush. They have covers of Isolation and Down in a hole that are just flawless. New music coming in couple weeks.
I saw Plush 4 times this past spring when they opened for The Warning. Along with Holy Wars, what a bill that was! Even though DPA from The Warning own my heart, I was super impressed by these young ladies. They can rock hard, they have excellent command of their instruments, and Moriah has a voice to die for. They are also really nice in person and as down to earth as can be. I'm keeping an eye on them. I really like their debut album. Can't wait to see what they do next.
These girls are really breaking out. They're going out on tour soon with Disturbed and Falling in Reverse, so *good for them*! And Rock On, you two! 🤘😎👍
Plush is a super talented band that gives me hope that Rock may make a comeback. Moriah is an incredible vocalist that has to be heard live to truly appreciate how good she is, if you ever have the chance to see Plush live absolutely do it.
Thanks for this, guys! Their debut album is excellent. This makes me think you might enjoy Myrath, a band from Tunisia. They call their style "blazing desert metal." Imagine the soundtrack to 'Aladdin' done by Journey AND Kiss.
While I still think that Dany of The Warning is the best all around front woman in rock today, vocally I have to admit that Moriah is better, she is in the same league as Ann Wilson and coming from me it's a huge compliment. The Warning is still my favorite rock group, but depending on their future songs output, Plush could give them a run for their money, but as The Warning has 3 full albums of nothing but winners, that is a tall order.
Moriah is a vocal beast of a rock singer, she impressed the hell out of me when I saw them open for The Warning. And as good as Moriah is, the rest of the band is so talented that they're not overshadowed by her. Plush is one of the bands (along with The Warning, Dirty Honey, etc) that gives me hope that rock will be making a comeback. Also good call on Dany being a better frontwoman (easily top 3 IMO, maybe even #1) but Moriah being the better singer.
@@MajorHattery This is the main thing that Plush need to work on, their stage presence, just like The Warning did. I remember watching their early covers and Dany & Ale standing there like statues, then later on being more animated and how now they are so much more dynamic, so I don't see why Plush couldn't do the same. 🤘🏻
@@reactionsaccount3955 When I saw Plush, I thought their stage presence was OK. Now compared to the insanely charismatic and hyper animated Villareal sisters, they come up lacking....but that goes for almost every other band on the planet.
@@reactionsaccount3955You have to remember that PLUSH has only been together for a couple years compared to The Warning who have been performing together their whole lives. They also just recently went wireless which is a big factor.
