@@battleboards me gustaria saber si se puede cuanto tiempo le has dedicado ..al diorama tan bonito pues yo por cuestion de espacio ahora solo hago viñetas gracias..
Absolutely beautiful boards would make a great gaming experience. Just a rough guess how many hours do you think you have in making the 4 boards total?
John Parks Well spotted :) You know I think that one slipped through, never even thought about it at the time as it was for a English client, but you are dead right. Thanks for letting me know I will look out for that one next time. I spend a fair amount of holidaying in Europe and see most of the hotels called hotel so not sure if this is a recent thing or in fact around the 1940s this would also of been the case. Good question though :)
I'm italian, i love your works! :) and for the Albergo or Hotel, usually depends if the Hotel/Albergo is a family business it is called Albergo and usually a Hotel is a building of a bigger business, but they are the same thing. Albergo is only the italian word for Hotel. Now days it's common see Hotel just because it's more cool to have a English word (Italian's think like that yeah) sounds more professional ahah.
Hi Micah, There no easy way of saying this but they are unfortunately very expensive :) The take absolutely ages to make, using industrial materials so I have to factor all that in. Each project takes several months to make and they can be very complex. Projects are quoted for independently as no two projects are ever the same. Most boards start at about £600 each for a 2ft x 2ft board, which covers most things like roads, hills rivers and rock work. Once buildings come into the equation things get more complicated as it all depends on style and availability. As many third party buildings can be integrated into the terrain, or I can make them from scratch. So costing is just as complicated as making them. This does also include the design which again can take several days to complete.
Wow £600 is a good chuck of money haha but I have a board that cost about £450 and it has a very nicely done destart city but I've always wondered how much coustom boards cost because they look so amazing
Thanks every one, great feed back. really appreciate the comments :)

Love it. One question why "Hotel" and not "Albergo"

Amazing work Richard fascinating. I was wondering, have you worked in the film industry ? :)
How much do theses boards usually sell for ? They are amazing

Guillermo V. Thanks much appreciated, glad you liked it :)
Great video! The music was a bit down!
EvilDrWang Thanks, Yeah sort of don't include the music side of things anymore as it was not quite a hit with people as expected :)
Maybe try something a little more upbeat... awesome video in any case.
