Layali Lubnan recipes Labanesenights Semolina Pudding
INGREDIENTS:-
1 LITRE MILK ( 4 CUP )
3/4 cup semolina ( without roasted ) 120 g
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp rose water
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp rose water
1/2 litre
4-5 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp corn flour ( ararot )
50 g khoya
1 tsp rose water
1 cup whipping cream ( or fresh cream )
some dry fruits fruits for garnishing

I didn't have pistachios so I garnished it with almonds and added some saffron in the sugar syrup to make it look pretty

I tried this dessert recepe a couple of days ago and I tell you, it is such an amazing dessert,though a little heavy nevertheless very delicious.
