You can just remove the shell and then toast them a little bit in a pan on the stove. Medium heat for a few minutes until you see they've slightly changed color, but before they get brownish/dark (burnt) 👀 Make sure they're not already toasted when you buy them though, otherwise they'll taste bitter if you do this
