you have a TALENT that many people will never have. the patience and eye for detail you have is incredible. 100% the best park i’ve ever seen in this game
That alternate reality coaster really had me tearing up.. its really bring me to another place.. wow never thought a coaster game can make me feel that way
Thank you for your comment! Something else isn't it? The idea behind that ride was, life is full of peaks and valleys and it any moment life can change (for better or for worse). We are in control of our own reality. Working on Alpine Mountain was a sort of an escape from life the past few years... But I now have a renewed faith, and a greater understanding of what truly matters in life. 🙂
It honestly has been mind blowing the last few weeks. Just when you think you've seen the best thing ever, along comes another, and another, and another. It has already made it a mad competition for park of the year, and we're only at the beginning.
This park definitely has some of the best detail and theming of any park I've seen. I do wish the coasters were more realistic though as none of them had forces that the average person would survive.
This is a behemoth of a park. Really wished you had explored a little more those Subconscious tunnels. This is the reason planet coaster has thrived like it has. All this imagination and eye candy is giving me ocular diabetes.
@@djsurf2254 I agree! The show is pretty wild! A little slow to start but the finale is worth the wait! If you happen to download the park, watch the show from the Amphitheatre near the back row. Just imagine how crazy these parks will be in Planet Coaster 2. I hope in PC2 they take the flailing arms away. They should make it to where they barely take up any of the screen at the bottom so you're still notified when the riders are scared of a close object without making track view unviewable.
This is absolutely insane. And then when you realize that every single thing you see in this video was purposefully placed one tile at a time; it’s even more insane. The amount of time and attention to detail I think is often overlooked in these videos, I’m sure a there’s certain spots of the park the creator is particularly proud of and is just glossed over. The whole thing is just mind blowing.
I feel like some of these coasters could benefit from being either slowed down or smoothed a bit. Some feel really jolty and harsh on the turns. Still an amazing park.
Planet Bluegrass is such a meme at this point that I feel like it should be on every mine train in future games. It will probably be in my head when I ride mine trains in real life. How do we not get tired of it? lol I love how it’s our little song as a community

Justin your park was great seeing most of the roller coasters I saw it was immersive for me, and I have to say me being roller coaster enthusiast. Also Jonny is was great at making roller coasters on Roller Coaster Tycoon and Coaster Tycoon has a video has three of my roller coasters.
This is an amazing park. I can't imagine the patience that went into creating it. I see you've been re-featuring some old parks with your new computer. I would love to see Far Away by Coastercad re-featured. Have a great day!

A few helpful building tips on planco and planco2. Only build what the viewer will see! Think large, small, micro and human scale. For example an area in the middle of the forest doesn't need much detail but an area say at the park entrance needs small and micro details. Keyboard shortcuts for building are also great. I used 'z' more than I could count for placing things like trees, shrubs and flowers. This will give a "non-repetitive" and random visual when looking around the sandbox. Creating scenery groups also helps with building faster. For example most of the rocks along the river by the large arch bridge in the park were a scenery group of 20ish rocks and shrubs. It was copied and pasted in a way to visually look different along the river. I hope to have a planco2 build series soon where I can discuss the variations of scale and hopefully helpful building tips and tricks. Also talk about architecture! I hope this helps, happy building! ~ Maxspeed3
When I read the title I thought : 1. This must be an exaggerated title. 2. I'll never watch the entire 2 hours. I was wrong. I've made the same comment on other amazingly landscaped parks around here. But that doesn't make it any less true for this designer... Give this person enough REAL-WORLD money (and a slightly better understanding of the safe levels of G-force a human can deal with) to make an ACTUAL REAL WORLD PARK!!! I would SO come here and spend, like a WEEK, exploring everything. Heck, I might even move in nearby so I can get an annual membership, and basically make this park my Tuesday. lol The details are so well-thought of, there's plenty of sitting areas, food areas, scenic areas. I mean, it's a fully realized THEME park, not just a coaster capital like Cedar Point. Don't get me wrong, I love Cedar Point. It is basically the only amusement park I visit. I'm in a day-trip range, of Michigan's Adventure, King's island, and Cedar Point. But this is just amazing!
Thanks for the great comments! One thing I wish that Frontier did on the heatmaps for the G-Forces is not be as sensitive to hitting higher "g's" say above 3-4+ if the ride were to hit that higher "g" for even a split second on a short piece of track, say 10 feet or less, that counts against the ride stats and shows as "max vert or lat g's in the results panel. I agree that it makes sense but humans can handle 3gs easily on a coaster even for a split second, by the time you were to realize it it would be gone. I suppose that is what makes coasters so much fun!
The best theme parks are the ones people spend the most time perfecting; a work of art. I liked the first coaster and the log ride. The alternative reality ride was interesting and creative but meh; but I do like how the log ride is a part of it. I do like some of the sci-fi theming; an interesting idea for it to be hidden in caves. The Hunter is really good scifi themed coaster. It is definitely a different approach at coaster seating. I think it's based off the 4D coaster. I think the idea of eating larvae is from Blade Runner 2. The wooden coaster is pretty good; but that blue grass is too squirrely. Why? For some reason that music makes me thinks of tons of squirrels invading the place lookin for nuts. I've seen enough half way through, to say I like the park. I also appreciate how smooth the video is, instead of all choppy; and I'd expect that from such a large park.
The one thing I’ve really noticed about the Disney park rides that I think most park developers forget (and Im sorry to say this one as well) is the extreme attention to detail. Please do not get me wrong - this park (the walkways, restaurants, trees, etc.) is extremely detailed and perfectly crafted. In fact you could probably make a career out of doing this in real life. But with Disney parks several things are done: 1. When you are on a ride, you are on that ride. You are in that world. Nothing else exists. Now I’ll use Disneyland as the example. If your in space mountain, you’re in space mountain - you can’t see anything else. If you are on Big Thunder Mountain, you don’t see anything else. If you are on Splash Mountain, you don’t see anything else. Pirates. Haunted Mansion, etc. etc. When you are on a ride, you are in that world, it is (as much as it can be) enclosed or made in such a way that you don’t see anything else in the park and if you do it will match the ride. Splash mountain may see Tom Sawyers island or the Rivers of America but it matches. From the Big Thunder Mountain ride you may catch a glimpse of the ships sailing on the water, but it matches. 2. Whatever the timeline is of the ride…meaning what year it is supposed to be and also where the ride is “supposed to take place” whether it’s grizzly rapids being in the Sierra Nevadas or Big Thunder mountain being in Bryce Canyon…everything is as it should be for that era and place. Whether it’s the lanterns or shacks or signs…it’s a “movie idealized version” of the real thing. In Grizzly Rapids or Splash Mountain, you won’t really find metal railings on the side to guide the log or raft. It will be fallen logs in the river or rocks or something of that nature. Even as the coaster goes by the walkways of the emergency exits, the railings will be made to look like wood, the cement will be made to look like dirt, etc. 3. The ride follows the ground. In Big Thunder Mountain the tracks are always following the contour of the land and if it is not then you are on a wooden bridge that is authentic. You never see huge metal poles sticking out of the ground holding up the track. The track always follows the contour of the land. Even splash mountain or Grizzly rapids, you never see that cheap log ride “blue/green” flume that so many other parks use. The waterway looks real. If you go over something then it is with a wooden bridge or something of that nature. It’s these little things that made Disney the most famous park in the world. Now clearly it is completely different for parks that are 100% focused on rollercoasters. It’s kind of hard to hide a Giga coaster from other rides and it’s hard to hide other rides from it. Which is why when it comes to actual 100% roller coasters they go for the thrill of the ride, rather than focus on details of the surrounding areas. And there’s a reason why roller coasters aren’t longer. Yes, the main one is $$. But you always want to leave the park guest wanting more. And because they want more, they will go on the ride again and go to the park again. Look at a roller coaster like Copperhead Strike. It’s relatively small for a roller coaster compared to giga coasters but it’s the perfect length. Not to short that you feel cheated and not to long. That being said, lately Disney has been blowing it in this area. Rides like Guardians is the perfect length but then there is the Dwarf’s mine ride which is extremely short. Almost insultingly so. Anyway…just ramblings at a very early hour.

You can do everything if you know how. Im starting and like to make a park that Channel5 Gaming needs to comment on. Absolute like for this parc!
Land sakes alive! How do you find the space to build this on even an expanded map! How do you build so many levels unground without warping your mind? I'm new to this game and have trouble even doing a proper path, so I'm intimidated and inspired at the same time. Impressive.
is this bigger (and better) than Funderland Adventure Valley? Im watching that video right now (first time visitor here) and wondering if I should watch this one after :D
For the most of the build I didn't know what to do with the back half of the park. Why not build an epic train to sit and enjoy nature! I mainly stopped building this park because my old computer was chugging and lagging at times, but the new rig is much smoother now. Old rig was running an old 4th gen i7 and maybe 20 fps, slow at times but not terrible. Give it a try!

Johnny5 THANKS for featuring such great parks, MAXSPEED3 don't sell yourself short, this is an AMAZING park, thank you for making and sharing it.
bro calls it the "best park ever, changed my life" and is criticizing the creator of the park already just by the park description? who give af if the description is long and personal? they put weeks into this... they are excited about it. just go look at the park man.
How come there's been more emphasis on clickbait in the titles lately? been a subscriber for a long time and just kinda noticed the trend recently here
Ok I am new to this channel and when I came across it I thought it was a real park. But then closer look it was 3d generated which is cool. But how does this blow your mind? If it was a real park with real coasters then ok I get it. But what is the big deal with a 3d generated virtual park. I watched a few coaster rides and cool but not like you are on it like those 4d rides that move. So I just do not get it. If you build it they will come yeah build it for real.....
Easy: this game is planet coaster. It’s 7(?!) years old and good builds takes time. Especially custom coaster and buildings. Weeks to months or even years. The first coaster alone with all it‘s theming is easily a 1-2month project

Land sakes alive! How do you find the space to build this on even an expanded map! How do you build so many levels unground without warping your mind? I'm new to this game and have trouble even doing a proper path, so I'm intimidated and inspired at the same time. Impressive.
This is mind blowing! So beautiful and creative. I love it!!!
Wow!!!!
Wow
33:40 he sounds like Jack black
is this bigger (and better) than Funderland Adventure Valley? Im watching that video right now (first time visitor here) and wondering if I should watch this one after :D
I would sit on the trains all day, no doubts - shame my PC probably cant run this park
@@justin.brown777i gave it a go, it loaded which suprised me but it was like a slide show - im motivated and inspired to make a detailed, multi-elevation park though
This park is almost as big a Gene Simmons ego!!!
Just wow❤❤❤❤❤❤
I feel like this is like an ADHD person fever dream
Not going to lie, probably have ADHD... 🤣
@@justin.brown777 what tipped it off for me was Johnny was talking about the document I am a writer of ADHD and my very first draft was just pages and pages of useless information that my editor didn't need
@@kenzieplays890 I'll admit I wrote the intro way to long, but wanted to somewhat tell a story. I agree with Jonny I should of made a "short" version of it for this video. I have revised it sense then on the steam page for this park. Glad you enjoyed it! What was your favorite coaster and area of the park?
@@justin.brown777 that underground man holy cow dude
@@kenzieplays890 Did you happen to explore the main part of Crystal Cave? It wasn't featured in the video, however the train ride does show a sneak peak of it. There is a second entrance to the cave near the large waterfall by the upper lake just off of the train station.

@justinbrown1934, @Channel5Gaming, I'm very new to Planet Coaster so maybe this is a dumb question EVERY time I download a park from the workshop the WATER in the lakes is missing and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this, ANY help on this would be GREAT. Johnny5 THANKS for featuring such great parks, MAXSPEED3 don't sell yourself short, this is an AMAZING park, thank you for making and sharing it.
Sorry but not sure about your issue you are having with the water missing, have not seen that one before.
I'm in need of your prayers and positive energy. Please keep me in your thoughts.
I hope whatever you are fighting passes. Stay strong!
Epic!
I’m creating a mega park as we speak 🗣️ I will be posting soon ! Thanks to channel 5 with some inspiration aswell 😂❤🎉
bro calls it the "best park ever, changed my life" and is criticizing the creator of the park already just by the park description? who give af if the description is long and personal? they put weeks into this... they are excited about it. just go look at the park man.
Inconvenience park, Johnny.
?
@@Channel5Gaming Thanks, Johnny for the park spotlight.
Everyone needs to pee really bad
The coasters are really bad but the rest is fantastic
Its a game
How come there's been more emphasis on clickbait in the titles lately? been a subscriber for a long time and just kinda noticed the trend recently here
How do these guys make such HUGE parcs, can't even fill up more than 60% of the map on my PS5 :') Anyone help lol
Pc doesn’t have an Oswald counter ;)
It's funny how differently people perceive parks. I didn't find this one that impressive...
You must be a hard one to impress?
agreed. coaster layouts were not realistic
