**Great Video it was difficult to find the perfect image size .. but your video was on spot thank you so much ...👍 you save me lots of time and headache ... the best video on this topic..🔥**
Thank you with the video. It is been crazy with the new FB and especially cos they have not still completely got done with the old FB as well. While the business page cover photo looks great on the desktop, the mobile app still cuts off a bit of the text.
Thanks mate for the sharing, wondering how about multi photo (more than 5) post, keen to leave first photo as horizontal and the rest just square size 1:1, thanks
Hi, What s about a image size to post in landscape orientation ( Horizontal) ? I aways use 2048 megapixels as one side and another will be adjusted accordingly Thanks
What s about 2048 megapixels for portrait orientation photo post on Facebook particularly for mobile phone user target? I have head this ratio is the best for years until I watch your video. 2048 ratio should give more detail on the pic we post imo.
I have to add a 'Featured' graphic to my FB posts which are a URL to Facebook. I create the the URL in another app and I have to select my 'Featured' image to show when I paste that URL into FB. I'm going crazy trying to figure what size works. I paste in the URL to FB and it most often fleshes out to just a text title, or an oddly sized thumbnail. Any clue?
I have reduced a face photo of myself in size as it's too large but when I try to upload it onto Facebook it is still too large. What can I do to make sure the smaller photo gets shown as a smaller photo on my Facebook profile?
Another great video, thank you! Jerry I have a facebook question: I am admin of several pages. As of now I have been creating the same event in each page separately. Is there a way we can duplicate an event in other pages so we don't have to waste time re-inventing the wheel so to speak? Thank you again!
For posts - If anyone can correct me or add some more insight, that'd be great. After doing my own image size tests for posts specifically, it seems to me that 1080 is the optimum height, pretty much regardless of the width (in proportion terms). When you click the image in the feed and go full screen, not many screens are going to have a larger height than 1080 other than 2k-4k monitors or maybe some newer phones and tablets I'm guessing. A 1080x1350 image vs a 864x1080 image display the exact same in both the feed and in full screen mode. Same thing with landscape 3:2 style images or 16:9, they display the same. So what is the benefit of uploading a height larger than 1080?
it is notable however that it depends where and on what device the user sees your photo. On Desktop if the user goes to your page specifically and scrolls through your feed 1080x1080 is fine but if your picture pops up on HIS feed, it's wider and facebook adds additional empty space to fill out the gaps which doesn't look good if your photo design works with letting elements run into the frame. for mobile it's fine either ways
I just found you and I'm so grateful! You give the information in a concise format. No time for me to get bored.

Unfortunately you can't control what Facebook does after you upload your video.

What does “Ratio: 1.91:1 to 1:1” mean? that’s on the Facebook design recommendations website. Thanks for this informative video.

Hi Jerry
Thanks for great content.
I have a small question.
Can Facebook replace website? What are the pros and cons?
Thanks in advance.
There's one big con. You don't own it. So if you build your entire business on Facebook and your account gets shut down, you've got nothing.
Thanks a lot Jerry, thats a great point to consider.
You're welcome!
Hello! Thanks in advance for your time. What about sizing for a Video on the cover page of a business page? Aw ra best!
The cover photo size should work fine.
what about facebook shop ? the image per item what is the best resolution and pixel for shop item.

Yes! You can have pages Co-Host events.

How to post 2 pictures side by side on FB Post
Hi, what would the Facebook Ad Size be?
Hi Z! It depends on the type of ad you are creating but it hasn't changed for New Facebook. Square (1080 x 1080) tends to perform best for most ads.
it is notable however that it depends where and on what device the user sees your photo.
