I've been doing mini braids for 2 and a half yrs, I started with very short hair, now I'm at bra strap length it's the best hair style for me I love it...I don't part my hair I do the grab and braid method and everyone loves it but they always think I have sister locs lol.
I finished combing out my locs in January and decided on mini braids for my protective style going forward. Your video gives me hope I've made the right choice. I currently have had my first set for about a month now and plan on redoing them in about 3 weeks.
I’m currently two weeks into my mini braids. I decided to make this a year long challenge when I installed them last year (10/16/23) and I took those down (1/28/24) and I have decided to do break weeks when I take them down, rock an Afro or cornrows before putting my mini braids back in. I loooove mini braids!
Your hair is so cute... I use braid my hair like this all the time . I have sisterlocks but I unaware that I could do braid Locs that way I would have kept my length instead I had to do a big chop my first real life because I had telaxed hair
I have been braiding my hair since I started my hair journey, that time my hair is just an inch and now my hair is on my chin in a year and 3 months full and healthy ❤i don't use comb i use my fingers to part then braid😂
