I tried it your way but I wasn't good enough. Well done! I could never get enough defense around the bunkers by the 7.30-minute mark, as I went to attack the middle base. Your timings and multi-taskings were excellent.
I'm revisiting WOL to play through it on Brutal and this is impressive. You really had all those timings down. Did you right them down or do you just remember it that well?

could someone explain the game mechanic on why he could defend the right side with 1 marine in 1 bunker ? i built 3 bunkers each side and the zerg attacked me like frenzy... more bunkers trigger more attacks ???
I think you probably could have risked taking the bottom-left base. You cleared it with seven minutes to go and with some more mining you could have hit 200 units of population and made stomping the rest of the bases easier.
Why don't you start doing proper tactical movement before 8:20? And WHY oh why don't you fill up the bunkers when you can. Doing so gives those inside +1 range and lets you cram the marines behind it closer so they also can start firing earlier, double benefit.

ive been having so much trouble with this. Unupgraded marines feel as cheep as zerglings. but at least zerglings spawn in groups of 2-3 :/
