Both backsplashes are beautiful. Years ago I found small stainless steel and white metal tiles that can be put up using a thick double faced tape. Even though I own my condo they're what I used for my backsplash. It's been 15 years and they're still in place. I wanted to share my idea with you, in case it might be something that you could use. I found them in those little catalogs that sell various knick knacks and oddities for the home.

I have to ask tho, why not just take the face plates off the electrical sockets, cutting the foam board once it’s up, as u can feel and see the outline of it. Then screw the face plates back on?

Omg‼️These were all so good… My favorite was the table mats 😍 Seeing it on the wall, I couldn’t help but think about filling in some of the openings with glitter, crushed glass or even the tiny crystal beads. It would definitely be more work and have to be put together on the floor…BUT can you imagine how beautiful that would look. @Yoduvh if you understand what I’m talking about, do you think you could do a project that would show us how the additional details could look? Maybe done on a mirror, dresser drawers, the back of some chairs… Girl you got me obsessed with this pattern now 😂😂😂💕

How would you remove the peel ons when you move though? Wouldn't it damage the wall, or leave residue?
Thank you for your kind words! When removing peel-and-stick decorations, gently heat them with a hairdryer and peel off slowly to avoid damaging the wall. Any residue can be cleaned with adhesive remover or warm soapy water. Minor wall damage can be patched and repainted if needed.

What kind of plastic sheet did you use for the placemats? Was it the kind you cover the window with or floor? They have several.
For the placemats, I used clear vinyl tablecloth covers, which are typically used to protect tables from spills and scratches. These can usually be found in the household or kitchen section of stores, rather than window or floor coverings. They are flexible and easy to work with for various DIY projects.
