Take it slow and isolate just that part . Can get especially tough if you did not do any hammer on - pull off exercises .

At 0:50 you say 10th fret G string but you are playing 9th fret?

H-P on the 7th and 9th fret of G string. Then play the 10th fret of D string with your pinky.
