The line “inaccessible to weaker brains” I have proven literally by testing this music on different people and observing their reactions. What I’ve found is that there’s a huge difference between weak minds and strong minds just based off their simple reactions. This is Good stuff. Your music is subject to that of science and art.
I know that you grew up rough, but godamn I don't think you'd be exactly who you are today without your experience. It's an honor to be a fan of what you do!
I been bangin this as my favorite song since I stumbled across type 3 a few years ago. It's more than a great song. It's a mindset. Your positive contribution to countless ppl with similar backgrounds to yours is unparalleled. Keep the hits coming my dude. I'll forever be putting ppl onto your style.
Been a fan since The Kardashev Scale and seeing Greydon keep on grindin and pushing his message of love and interllectual freedom, when you consider all the backlash and tough shit he has had to deal with is truly inspiring. Keep on keeping on homie :)
I only just learned of you and, while I'm not too big into rap as I am in rock and roll, I really like the messages you're moving through your lyrics. I've been an atheist for around 20 years now and I'm only recently discovering the musical side of the skeptics. And your jams are easily my favorites. Good on you man, keep rhyming!
I agree with every word you write except grind is sexy. Thank you for reigniting my love for music, almost everything now a days is stupid or the same but your a breathe of fresh air among all the smoke.
@@greydonsquare i don't really talk to people being mostly an introvert, i play videogames with a few and share memes to make people laugh but i rarely talk anyone but a select few.
There's gotta be a variety and a balance though, and while his early stuff went super hard in the atheism and rational skepticism department (I used to think, oh, that older stuff is the better stuff because it's all about lyrically dissecting religion), his newer stuff has so much of an evolution in sound, topics and style. The old stuff, CPT Theorem, Compton Effect, and Kardashev Scale had so much of an influence of G-Funk production; synths, strings, horns, quirky little bell sounds. His later stuff is more boom bap. Chopped samples... punchy drums... I loved when Grey would upload little videos of him chopping samples, seeing what he can do with a piece and turning it into something crazy... Like the Fusigi na Peach Pie chop he used for Defiant. Or the chinese disco chop he used for LTGU x POA. The atheism is still there in pieces, it just isn't the subject of the entire song like it was when he was starting out, it's more like the Greydon of now has found the equilibrium. Every artists' sound evolves over time, that is unavoidable. The more they absorb bits and pieces from other things in life they will change. That applies to anything, any genre... rock, hip hop, country, whatever. People's newer stuff always sounds different from what they were making when they were first starting out.

I would give my left leg to work with you my brother. No fucking lie. If you see any beat on my SoundCloud or want a whole new beat all together from scratch say the word. Btw I just subbed to your bandcamp: totally worth it.
I know the other guy skating in this video is trying to put together an album and is currently looking for lofi sounding beats. I checked your vids. You def have that sound.
What was the point of filming yourself skating and just using that as the music video, the video seems unrelated to the song, just seems like there was no reason to do it
I see what you mean, the visual takes away from the lyrics' meaning a bit, but they also totally fit the mood and vibe of the song, I think. It is a song, after all, apart from the poetry.
I just realized that I've been listening to Grey every since 7th grade. I'm in college now. Damn, time flies.
Same, fam

This song’s hook is the hook to my life.
“Mind on my path; life's gonna test me
Gotta keep my focus; grind isn't sexy
But I wanna last...”
Yup, straight relatable fire.
Oh shit!! I never clicked on something so fast!!
Tell me about it!
Loving the music videos!

Greydon still going in!
10 years I've been listening now. Keep it up Bruv!
I've been listening to ya for years, liked ya before 2012 but that's when your music first really hit me when I needed it. Still gold.
One of the best and underrated lyricists
My #1 rapper. Beast.
Definitely going on the work playlist. The lyrics to this are pretty much the best thing I've heard in so long. ♡
Hey thank you so much. You should join me in discord. I'd love to chat with you
Grey knows how to write a song
Couple years ago I commented on Greydons BandCamp page and I got so excited when I saw my quote at the end of this video! Keep grinding Grey

I can't believe this only has 95 comments now. But I look at society, and I'm not very surprised.
