      Hello my friend. These exercises you can do it 2 ou 3 sets of 15 or 20 repetition. Rest 20 or 30 seconds. The most importante is the tecnic of execution and doing left and right hands. Don't forget if the WP ball is bigger for your hands, you can use a smaller ball. Good Training!!
