A 8 minutes full body workout that was totaly adapted for water polo players to doing at home.
I created a mix of the bests cardio exercises, CORE exercises and handling skills exercises, you just need a ball, a wall and your bodywheight.
This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing.

Im a beginner and having problem gripping the ball without thr ball slipping. Any tips?
Hello my friend. It's normal the ball to slip of your hand if you are a beginner and have a small hand. A tip is to make it with a smaller ball, that really fits in your hand without it slipping.
It's also easier to grip the ball when it's wet
Also, new balls have the best grips. The more you bounce it (don’t dribble it) the more the grips wear off.
