I agree with the attrition bit and the fear of "losing competitive advantage" by backing off. My biggest issues since ~43 have been around not tapering at the right point and then sustaining niggles or even injuries that would limit my training volume and intensity. Surprise, surprise, the healthy guys beat me hands down
Does the masters track in compete offer the option to “deload” like time commitment wise in the off season like you guys talked about or is that something we would self regulate for our own season?
We have two training options each day: Masters+ and Masters (Lower Volume). The lower volume option is made for those who have limited time or need a deload that week, which makes it easy for atheltes to move back and forth between the two paths throughout the year. We also have built in deloads each training cycle for ALL paths.
@@BernhardKohli yes but where. Legends moves around. It doesn't have a central location. At one point Mayhem held the comp at their facility. So the place in which they will be hosting the event is what I was questioning.
@@seth_D_CF the December Legends event in Arizona will continue to be their "community" masters event. But the Legends organizers/CF HQ have yet to announce when and where the new Masters Games/championships (a separate event) will be held. Rumors are late August/early Sept but nothing official yet
Glad this is only 40 minutes. I have a scheduled nap on the porch
😂😂

Curious where they will be holding the master's games.
