@@LehighValleyrailfan Absolutely man!!! Would love for you to come to WLS again anytime you’re able - I’m also hoping we can get over to run in your neck of the woods sometime soon, I’ll definitely holler when we do!!
Thanks so much for watching!!! My apologies, just want to be sure I understand your question; if you mean the Nickel Plate Road 311 logo itself, I was actually able to make those myself using a few iphone apps and some downloaded fonts! You can definitely find pretty authentic railroad fonts for purchase somewhere online. As for designs for the locomotive pictured, it’s built to Little Engines designs with mostly original LE castings except the cylinders being homemade. The exterior detail and plumbing design pictured is also just out of my imagination, no specific design 😀
Hey there! May 15th is our Spring Steam-Up meet and first run of the season for us, as WLS has one run day each month May-October. Our biggest meet and the best guaranteed ride is always the annual meet, August 26-28, though rides will likely be available at all posted run days. All of the run days should be posted to the WLS website, or the “Updates” tab on google search. Always love to see visitors, hope you can come for a ride sometime soon!
@@nscaleenthusiast4895 unfortunately no, WLS is not open to the public at all in April, as there’s always plenty of track maintenance to get done & we have to wait for the ground/mud to dry out. May 15th will be our first day open, look forward to seeing you soon! Thanks again! 😁
JC I was wondering if you were here in Massachusetts or Tennessee but I noticed the bow numbers on the boat were TN so question answered. Then I read your comments and I would say get rid of the boat and zhabam!! more space in the garage. Just kidding Dick B.
Hahaha Yessir!! I sure do travel back & forth enough to confuse folks, haha, but still in TN and just coming back as often as I can to do track work and run. Good news is the boat clears out in the summertime, but so do the locos and I!!! LOL. Hope you're well & excited to catch up soon.
superbe travail!! 😉 this locomotive is magnificent! Thank you for this video!!
Nice work, Jimmy! Thanks for posting!
Thanks Dylan!!! Hope you’re well brother!
@@FoxIslandRailroadCo I am. Hope we can meet up again sometime this year when the weather is nice!
