I didnt figure out to shoot the pink only when the holes were open and spent an excruciatingly long time killing gibdos wondering when its gonna end. By the end i had over 150 gibdo bones
This was so epic. I didn’t even notice that the Gibdos were spawning from the mushrooms until I had killed about 30 or so and I saw one fall from the mushroom. I just thought they swarmed from the desert lol. But after this I really wanted to do it again. Man was I not disappointed. And on top of that I got a bop to jam to.
This theme reminds me of Ganondorf's forsaken fortress song in WW and and the SS battle theme, and sounds quite like TP's Gerudo desert in some parts. It's a bit of a shame how reserved Zelda can be about making references to previous games a lot of the time. But whenever there are, they're always awesome, like Skyward Sword's horde battle theme appearing in Demon King's army.
No one else pointed out that the Gerudo soldiers are completely unfazed by Riju's lightning. Even when they were clearly close enough to get shocked by it.

I should've done that, next time I will to get a ton of gibdo bones
how many weapons did you break?
Perfect for arrow attachments!
Same here. IMO the game didn't really show that you should target the hives first.
Atleast you can destroy everything with a 3 shot bow
I love that they just made this segment Hyrule Warriors
If it was hyrule warriors, there’d have been 20 times as many Gibdos but each would die in one or two hits
Love the twilight princess gerudo desert theme reference! Made this fight extra cool
I hadn’t noticed that until you mentioned it, you’re right, so cool!
Just a shame they won't give us the rest of Twilight Princess, still holding out hope though
Favorite pre-dungeon moment in the game!
Wind Temple was also good tbh
@@Luca_023_rm wind temple was just climbing and gliding tbh

Man this part of the game was so fun, they should make a whole a game like this! Oh wait…
Its short

this is where hyrule warriors comes in

I remember before activating the Gerudo quest line I actually thought you could use Yunobo to destroy the pillars, I thought wrong.
I remember seeing the pillars in the shroud and trying to figure out what to do before I even started the quest XD
@@ZeldaNerd13 a true LoZ experience
honestly one of the most enjoyable moments in the game. This and defending Gerudo town were so fun. I love AoC so much, it just makes sense.
The whole planning and battle in the lead up to the Lightning Temple was amazing. My favorite temple!
I think in this part of the game they wanted to add gameplay from Age of calamity
I wonder if they purposefully designed this quest to be a sort of call back to age of calamity
Not me tryna climb the mushroom thing when i first saw it, i litteraly made a makeshift ladder but didn't think of using a rocket shield
Not nearly as dumb as me, i went all the way to under that point in the depths for some reason to see if i could ascend through it lol
2:06 - 2:23 should have repeated that would’ve been so fire
I mean... it does repeat later...

Who knows, maybe gerudo have a lightning resistance?

Was it just me or did I feel like a was playing Hyrule Warriors
Not just you
This is very similar with gerudo Desert from Twilight Symphony
Someone should make a mash up of them
Downvotes are from Queen Gibdo and Ganondorf
