You use brushes to place ink and a Surfactant like photo flow onto water. Then place a sheet of paper onto the water surface and it transfers the ink. It can help to thicken the water with carrageenan as it helps the ink sit on the water surface and it moves about less. You can also treat the paper with alum (I haven't tried that yet). Or use silk to print. I'm no expert I just tried this recently and its very enjoyable. In principle its a simple process, but to do it artistically is the key.
Are you going to tell us how you do it?
