    Hello SIA, I would like to direct students to view your RUclips videos that describe personalized and excellent customer service. I teach a Hospitality & Tourism Management course. However your Closed Captions on youtube videos are not precise (auto generated often neglects correct punctuation and sometimes makes mistakes) therefor I cannot use them due to student accessibility rules at our college. Would you consider enabling the "community contributions" so we can suggest edits to the closed captions or take a moment to make them truly precise so I can use them in instruction and drive viewers to your videos?
