I saw the tour for this show tonight. And my world imploded when I got home and realized that Santino was in the original broadway cast. I love him. Greg
WOW!! I'm getting thrill/chills and the scruff of my neck hairs are tingling and standing straight up, and I'm getting goosebumps too at the same time!! This was a perfect rendition/interpretation of a live vocal and orchestrated instrumental performance recording. I believe it's the best I've ever seen as of yet to date. It was so beautifully executed, I'm trying not to cry, I'm overcome with so much emotion. I remember when I was a little boy in our living room watching the first Cinderella version on television with my mother, the one with Julie Andrews. It's one of my best memories. Thanks for sharing.
Personally the more upbeat and faster version in the 1997 film is my favorite version (probably because I'm more used to that one) but this is still sweet to. The lady singing has a beautiful voice
I just saw Cinderella on tour last night and it was beautiful and hilarious! Sadly, it was not with Laura and Santino. Other than that, they have such lovely vocal chemistry.
Santino Fontana puts no emphasis on the most emotional phrases, his face in the recording seems pained. Laura Osnes on the other hand is perfect, in emotional pitch and visually. She is just lovely, vocally and on stage.
HUGE fail at 1:24 on the chimes clip. That's just my instrumental/video editing OCD kicking in though. Anyone else see that? :-) Video editing only, though. Clip should have been used at 2:13 or 2:39. But... this was actually very, very awesome! Inspired me and my fiancé to potentially do this as a duet for our wedding! SO well done!!
Ron Swanson Plus the fandom was too overwhelming for me six years ago. But it’s the first impression I got out of the first movie that counts. I didn’t want to get too attached. Particularly not to Elsa as much as I relate to her. For this I didn’t feel the plot was strong enough to make me want to see Frozen 2.
This is so outstanding extraordinary spectacular breathtaking inspiring performance of Cinderella
"I may never come down to earth again." ...... BUT I COULD IF I WANTED TO!!

The harpist is the GLUE to the entire performance..... and is PERFECT throughout. BRAVO for such excellent virtuosity.
Laura is incredible.
+Jimmy Moore She truly is! I wish I would see her one day onstage.
There isn't anything that Laura can't do. She is a lovely young women. She is a good friend to me.
What a lovely, enchanting number! I can't stop repeating it!

Ty Nash I love these deeply personal and detailed fuckin posts on every musical theatre song! Love it!
Laura and Santino are a million times better than Brandy and Paolo Montalban in the 1997 TV version.
This was magical when I saw it on Broadway!
Laura actually came to my school to talk to our cast. Super cool chick, hell of a singer too!
OMG THAT IS SO COOL! She is literally my idol so ya 😂

I’m more used to the 90’s version too. But I prefer the original with Julie Andrews

SANTINO FONTANA
When I did the play, Cinderella sang the second part. The rest of it was a duet. Except the first part.
Love it
Memories..
I've loved this musical forever... but I think they just took the tempo waaay too slow here. It's a joyful number, where's the excitement?
MissLizaMay I didn’t have much issue with it
2:04 looks painful.

12 people never saw their partners ten minutes ago.
i seem to remember it being Brandy hhhhmmmmmmm sips tea?!
I was 5 when I first saw Brandy do this beautiful song.
Onosai Keith I seem to remember it being Julie Andrews hhhmmmmmmm sips tea?!
Brittany Thompson Julie Andrews is the best
No lie, she sounds a lot like Idina’s Menzels Elsa ... I could imagine in my head Elsa and Hans singing this lmfao.
Ron Swanson I was on the Helsa train up until the climatic reveal. This was one reason I chose not to support Frozen 2.
Manuel Orozco I don’t blame you, frozen 2 was such a disappointment

Manuel Orozco Trust me you didn’t miss out on much. They totally contradicted themselves.
Ron Swanson What does that mean?
SANTINO
vip
Love his voice, not a fan of hers. Not sure why, just grinds me the wrong way.
Kinda of like her Callee...
