It’s a good looking watch. I was considering this one as well, but figured syncing and tracking via my phone wouldn’t really be that helpful unless I wore the watch everyday. Great dial and (it appears) functionality, though. I love Timex!
What's nice about the Timex App is that it syncs with Apple's Health app.
Neat video and Watch. Do you know if this watch can track running? Or, does it just track walking / steps and distance?
Don you have any instructions for Bluetooth and the app for this watch
The App you want is called the "Timex Connected." The logo is a black square with red TIMEX in the middle, and then just says "Connected"
All the instructions are built into the App, so when you install it, it will tell you to pick your watch, and it will walk you through it.
Cannot find the watch on Android and iOs
Not a big fan of hybrid,smartwatches or multicomplicated watches....Even for Casio and G-Shock I stay at the entry level models....I believe that the wrist watch area is our last castle and we should be traditional and simple.... everything of course is about personal taste and what you really like...I like diver watches and I haven't been doing any diving since....I was born :) :) But I do enjoy your huge range of reviews....
Hahah... I'm with you there. I dislike smart watches, generally. I feel like you say... it's our last stand.
But I'm also trying out a new workout routine, and I want to track my fitness while I'm doing it, so this helps me. It's perfect for someone like me who wants a fitness tracker, but doesn't want to wear a typical fitness tracker.
I will definitely wear a nice watch normally... but when I'm base-lining my routine, I wear it. This week I'm wearing it, but I will go back to wearing a normal watch next week.

People's biggest gripes with Timex watches is how loud they are, & now they're trying to tell us they do that on purpose? Not buying it, lol. That Metro looks good though, cheers.
Hahahah... yeah, I guess it's kind of true. The Metro isn't loud at all, but that's probably because it has a glass crystal. The classic ones with an acrylic crystal, they are loud. You can't really put them on the nightstand or it'll keep you up all night.
@@ToddsWatchshop From what I gather from folks who have a lot of them the ones with thicker cases are less audible. So look for heavy ones I guess? The chronographs should also be a lot quieter.
