I have ML7420A, when i connect 24VAC, motor starts rotating but actuator is not moving what's the reason

There is a coupling between mechanical valve and actuator valve, please check the coupling most of the time coupling get loose and actuator not able to link with two valve way or three way valve

@@HBTV2020 at this time I had not connected with valve, just monitoring only its liver. manually by hand rotation liver moves up/down, motor is continuously rotating jut by connecting 24VAC, but liver is not moving

@@HBTV2020 only 4 wires required for this model, 2 for supply (24VAC) and 2 for control (0-10VDC) 0V of both supplies will be common
