If we keep 10 set point in honewell thermostat, than actuator will b closing, If we kept on 32 it will be open. How to rectify this issue.

Sir in FCU PICV and in AHU PIBCV valves dono mein difference hein kya?????
PICV is pressure independent control valve is a combination of flow control that works to deliver the required chilled water flow irrespective of upstream pressure in the pipe line. Therefore we can avoid the usage of double regulating valve or other control valves for system balancing in closed loop system.
The pressure independent balancing and control valve means that the control characteristic is independent from the available pressure. control the required flow on every terminal unit and maintains Hydronic balance in the system.

You need to check operation of actuator valve
just low down the setpoint like 18 degree Celsius then check actuator valve condition it must be in open condition same way you need to increase the set point more than of space temperature then check it must be in close condition. If It is not working then check the the wiring and thermostat output for the actuator valve. Hope you will find out the reason.

yes, we placed a gate valve on the supply line/Inlet line which always remain open during the normal operation

Why actuators are on return line?
Placing a Actuator valve on the supply side will give you satisfactory results, but choosing the return side can be more effective because it can reduce air and noise problems while achieving better heat transfer across the coils.

@@mdjahirulislam1779 Thermostat ko remove kar k back hand side se output check karain on karne per phase out hona chaye thermostat se agr ni hota toh thermostat kharab hai agr phase out ho rha hai to FCU ki Connection plate speed wires ko tight karain specially netural ko agr neutral properly fix ni hoge to fcu ni chaly ga. sorry late reply
